"The location was fantastic, easy to access everything but not directly on the strip. The pool was amazing! Rockeya was very helpful and personable! 10/10 recommend! We even had to leave a day early and they graciously allowed us to cancel the final night without penalty! We go every year and this is where we will stay from now on..."

"Pros: Unique hotel, beautiful views from all areas, clean and comfortable beds, wonderful staff. Cons: it needs some updating and has very small bathrooms. Also I have never had to pay for parking at any hotel I've stayed at. That being said, I would stay there again."

"Truly paradise! Everything from the moment we arrived was heaven. The views when you pull up takes your breath away. Rosa was so kind, friendly and thoughtful. The decorations , beautiful eood floors, counters and surroundings were out of a magazine! Very close to bryson city and incredible hikes such as deep creek waterfall loop and rafting. The whole team was helpful and accommodating. They had tubes, wet bags and towels and firepits with wood. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was healthy, delicious and filling. We loved the coffee, sour dough bread, fresh fruit and yogurt, potatoes and muffins! Truly sad to leave. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"I would stay there again and longer if I had know it was such a great place, it's only a 20 minute drive to cades cove main gate. If you like to walk or run, the townsend main walking and bike trail is in the front yard, its close enough to the gas stations and eatery in townsend that its only a two minute drive to the main ones. Beds would be my only grip, they had spring mattresses and not foam, but still slept great on them."

"The house we reserved was beautiful! My kids loved the whole glass wall. Waking up to the mountain view was serene. Everything was cleaned perfectly, and all we needed was available in the home. We will definitely return."
