"This hotel has it all! Great views, restaurants, pool with slide, trolley shuttle to downtown and the hotel itself has an interesting architecture. I was curious how the room would look with it being a round hotel, and they were super roomy. All around a great place to stay on a Gatlinburg trip. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the warm cookies - delicious!! "

"I booked a hotel room it was old and outdated, the other property they have is time shares. In order to use pool I would have to walk 4 minutes to their other property down the street . I’m not interested in time shares, I will not be staying here again"

"I’ve stayed at many embassy suites in my travels, the breakfast at this hotel was ok but not great. The property is beautiful and in a great location."

"The individual room needs updated! We had a balcony suite and all we could see was trees and solar panels! We noticed rooms where being worked on. Noisy! Staff not real friendly except for the door men. The outlets to plug in phones, etc where in terrible condition! Will probably not return to this hotel as it wasn't worth the price we paid."
