Bahia Principe Explore Fantasia – Hyatt Inclusive Collection

"FOOD: Compared to other all inclusive hotels we’ve been to (cape verde, greece, antalya) food here is so far the best. Stayed fo 13 days and no issues whatsoever especially with our 15mo old STAFF: all very friendly and polite. Facilities: POOL they have fantastic paddle pool for babies and toddlers, they also have pool area for older kids. Adult section in front of the castle and an infinity pool adults only area facing the sea. Soft play area Nursing room-changing facilities, steriliser (which I am very surprised that they have), microwave and sink. Restaurant,ala carte and bars Amazing food at the buffet Ladon: steak house- I highly recommend people to try the T-bone, its for extra charge of 51euros but definitely worth it. Nemuru-asian restaurant- not so impressed Il paradiso- il edit this review once we tried it. No issues getting drinks with bars, sometimes staff will also come to you at your table to ask for your order. They also have a fastfood style restaurant by the kids pool area where you can self order on their kiosk. They have cheese bites, burgers, hotdogs, wraps, chips etc in there. Only issue I had was for the first 5 days room aircon wasnt working and I reported it to them since day 1, infairness to them they tried to sort it out but its really not working. They offered us a room change but we are not really keen to pack our bags again, check out at 12nn and wait 3pm for the new room. Fan was offered but when we said yes to it, nothing was available."

"Great hotel and breakfast. Location is ideal next to the beach but not too far from the golden mile. Close enough without hearing much of the noise. Breakfast selection was great and pianist entertainment during breakfast is also great. Pool & pool area well maintained. Not too busy, plenty of beds and pool snack bar also nice. All round great visit!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hard rock hotel. The facilities were excellent 3 very good pools with plenty of beds and music. The entertainment on the evening’s was very good but it only lasted an hour, and the drinks were very very expensive. The rooms were very modern and the cleaning was spotless, but we did have have a cockroach in our room on one occasion. That did not spoil our stay though because we were looked after very well by all the staff throughout our stay."

"Great place to stay in Costa Adeje. We had a room with a sea view and there’s lots of space in our 2 bed apartment. Nice adults only bar plus another bar/restaurant where the food is good value. Oh and Happy Hours every day as well."

"Canadian here. My wife (American) and I went to this resort on the last leg of our honeymoon for 5 nights in a Deluxe Room with a hot tub and ocean view. Despite the poor first impression, we had an excellent time! Facts: -The food was consistently outstanding at the buffet. They had a different meal theme each night we were there. -Next to the resort is a free natural swimming pool that is iconic in beauty and fun. The pool is shallow enough to walk in & be warm, and the ocean waves crash into & over the pool making for magical pictures. It's about 5 min from the resort (you can see it from the resort). It's NOT something for people who cannot walk well. This was our favorite part! (Piscina Natural Acantilado de Los Gigantes on Google) -About a 20 min walk south is Playa de la Arena. A black sand beach that is also beautiful. -The pier is a 20 min walk north, where you can rent jet skis (recommended but extra €) at Los Gigantes Blue or catch a boat tour. -All around the resort are good restaurants, and there is a corner store next to the resort too! -3 pools; all are very nice. -Spa seemed meh, but cheapish. -Tennis costs €5 for 1 hr with a €20 cash deposit. -Extra towels are €2. -The on-resort night performances were mid during our stay, and the activities were lackluster. Enjoyable, but not exceptional. -As a Canadian / American, getting here can be difficult; mostly the other guests were Europeans. -People all understood English, or found someone who did."

"We very much enjoyed our time. The people were lovely and trying to be very obliging. The entertainment staff was lovely. They had some construction going on. And as a result, the buffet restaurant shut down and moved to another location. that location was quite a walk, and it was down a hill. I don't think people want to walk 10 minutes.to have breakfast, and I do believe that construction should have been limited to perhaps only in the evening, but not in the daytime when you have customers visitors staying there. That was very inconvenient. Other than that. We had a very joyous time and enjoyed that resort. This was our first visit to Tenerife .We are from Canada"
