We loved this little hotel. It’s hidden away but once inside it is neat and tidy with a nice pool out the back. The owners were lovely and breakfast was included with delicious homemade cake and fresh juice. It’s a good stop over on the way to or from Lisbon.

Friendly and welcoming
Its a quaint 9 bedroom guest house, set in a rural village, with the owners, Luis & Paula living in the grounds in a seperate house, so they are always on hand to assist. The village has a restaurant and several cafe bars, and small supermarket type stores. The rooms are spacious, decorated in traditional style. Exceptionally clean everywhere with Mariana and Virginia constently cleaning the hotel. Aircon units providing hot and cold temp, with extra bedding in the large wardrobes. If you need anything extra, laundry or ironing boards, just ask and they will try to accomodate. Continental breakfast in the morning, and a lovely garden with swimming pool. The beach in porto covo is 25 mins drive. Its a very friendly and welcoming hotel.

Set in a small rural village the hotel was spotless The room was quiet and fitted with everything you need The breakfast was excellent The swimming pool looked inviting but it was too cold to use on the day we stayed

Perfect peace
The hotel is a real family home feel, with the owner there, to help your comfort. It is set in a quaint village 20mins drive from Porto Covo. The accommodation has 9 roons over three floors some with shared bathroom between two rooms, on one floor. My room was very spacious, with lovely balcony overlooking the very well tended garden, including swimming pool. Continental breakfast is on offer, with fresh coffee. If you need anything, just ask. The staff are extremely obliging. Nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is really tranquil, so if you are looking for a relaxing break, this is the ideal place. I will be returning again, in my next business trip, even though it was 30 min drive to my destination, each day. Thanks Luis, a real pleasure to stay.

Le site est absolument tranquille, l’accueil irréprochable et le petit déjeuner tout simplement fabuleux : à ne pas rater! La visite du musée de la minoterie par le grand-père est inoubliable : nous reviendrons avec les petits-enfants 😉👍

Très correct pour le prix, proche de Sines
En transit entre Lisbonne et Albufeira nous avons fait halte en Alentejo, accueil sympathique du propriétaire, maison d'hôtes en bon état avec piscine, WiFi et parking gratuit. Le seul bémol étant une salle de bains et WC communs à 2 chambres, un peu gênant le matin au réveil mais rien de rédhibitoire. Confort correct et balcon donnant sur la piscine et le jardin. Petit déjeuner suffisant. Rapport qualité prix correct. Quelques bruits d'animaux mais on est à la campagne...

Nous sommes arrivées et nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement tout le monde est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuné peut être pris en intérieur ou dans le jardin. Les chambres sont très mignonnes, de plus nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d’un balcon. Merci à vous à bientôt .

Recomendable 100%. Es una casa rural muy moderna y bien cuidada. Tanto el dueño del hotel como las trabajadoras son personas maravillosas, muy atentas y amables. Nuestro viaje era muy largo y nos permitieron realizar el check-in tarde. El desayuno fantástico, con productos de la región, ¡todo casero y buenísimo! La habitación era muy amplia, con vistas al jardín. El baño limpísimo, con todo tipo de comodidades. El entorno del jardín y de la piscina invitan a relajarse ¡y a no querer dejar el sitio! Repetiría sin dudarlo.

A true gem in the countryside
We had the most pleasant stay in Casas da Moagem. The hotel is located in a small village in the countryside, but it makes a great spot to relax for a few days. Our hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming and we had a delicious homemade dinner there. Also the breakfast was tasty; fresh bread, cheese and ham, fruits, fresh juice and homebaked cake. The garden / pool area is beautiful and relaxing; a great place to chill. The room was tidy and spacious, AC worked very well and the balcony was the most perfect spot to enjoy the countryside landscape, sunrise and sunset. The bathroom was shared with another room, but was really convenient and tidy. The decor of the hotel is done with a great taste. I can easily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an escape from the busy city life!

Un havre de paix
Une très bonne surprise pour une réservation de dernière minute, un cadre superbe et propice à la détente et au repos ! Une maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et tout le confort nécessaire, une belle piscine au milieu d un jardin très agréable et surtout ..... Des hôtes attentionnés et bienveillants .
