Santiago Tilapa Holiday Rentals

"I stayed at the Expedia VIP suite. First, just because you purchase this suite doesn't mean that the staff at the hotel knows that it is the top floor. I had to call to confirm before the trip and once arrived at the hotel, had to confirm it again since they were going to give me the 2nd floor suite because that was the only one available at the time, hence waited about an hour for the top floor to be available (I was not rude but said okay will wait for top floor with a smile and it was fine.) The top floor is the 12th floor but there is one more floor above you which is the Penthouse. There is a big Financial building on the side within the view but they really can't see in until night time due to the reflecting windows of the hotel, and at night, people in the financial building are gone home so no issue. Even though we got free breakfast, I only went one morning because it was pretty awful. I thought lot of things were 3-4 stars but overall I gave it 5 stars due to the great room with a view and the fact that sound proofing in the room along with being on the 12th floor with windows facing away from the main street gave me really good nights of sleep for me to do my day adventures. The noise is something you can't escape in CDMX and ability to get a good night of sleep with a relaxing view was totally worth the extra uber rides needed from here."

"I got extremely dizzy in my taxi trip from the airport to the hotel, so I had to lie down in a sofa at the lobby and felt terrible, the staff called 911, the hotel staff never left my side, they took care of me until I recovered about 3 hour later, both the hotel staff and the emergency 911 team were magnificent. The hotel staff checked my wellbeing during the nigh at my room and dmsent me a complimentary frui breakfast the following morning. This hotel is an excellent place to stay, clean, excellently maintained, corteous staff, excellent location near of restaurants, pharmacies, an impressive shopping mall and close to many important businesses centres. If you want to stay nearby downtown or the airport this hotel may not be the best shop, but for those who want to stay near the vibrant zones of Polanco, Interlomas and Lomas de Chapultepec this property is an excellent choice."
