A pousada é excelente , só um ponto que eu achei negativo , o café da manhã , cheguei por volta de 8:30 para tomar café e quase não tinha mais nada , achei muito desorganizado, poucos funcionários para dar conta da demanda , mas tá valendo !

O atendimento e a qualidade da alimentação deixa a desejar. Café da manhã de baixa qualidade, incompatível com o preço da hospedagem. As acomodações são de nível médio. Falta de treinamento para profissionalização dos funcionários. São agradáveis mas tecnicamente despreparados.

Alertamos sobre o cheiro ruim do quarto e só recebemos um aromatizador de ambiente. Passamos a noite com um cheiro terrível e o caso sanitário entupido. Somente no dia seguinte mediante a intervenção da minha esposa e depois de muitos argumentos fomos transferidos de quarto Infelizmente Não recomendo

Pontos positivos: limpeza muito boa, área a piscina ok, qualidade das refeições muito boa, cama comum, mas confortável Pontos negativos: a qualidade dos serviços não justifica o alto preço cobrado, desde as diárias, ao consumo no restaurante que possui valores de hotel luxo. Banheiro grande, porem chuveiro com péssima vazão de água, café da manhã de péssima qualidade, com moscas voando sobre os alimentos, pouca variedade, demora na reposição dos itens, Responsável pela cozinha precisa urgente ser treinada para lidar com público. Ausência de proatividade das colaboradoras da recepção, onde foi solicitado reparo no chuveiro e somente foi atendido na última noite. Há cobrança de empréstimo para usar rede de balanço. Som altíssimo na vizinhança. Em síntese, não voltaria a hospedar.

Pousada é uma delícia ! Achei só a região do café da manhã , almoço e jantar precisaria ter mais atenção a limpeza ! Muitas moscas nas comidas ( talzez fosse necessário para resolver isso fechar o espaço)! Gosto muito de dar bom dia , oi etc para os funcionários e esses não me responderam nenhuma vez ! Mas tirando isso é ótima a pousada ! Recomendo

A pousada é a mais nova de Santo Amaro, acho que algo em torno de 2 a 3 anos. Tem-se uma ótima impressão logo ao chegar, correspondendo às fotos do site, com um grande destaque para a piscina, pelo tamanho em si, mas principalmente pelo fato de ser climatizada. Uma delícia entrar no final do dia, após os passeios na água quentinha. Fomos em três pessoas e o quarto é compacto, com bom nível de conforto das camas. Ressalva fica para o banheiro com a ducha conta gotas, que depois de voltar dos passeios cheio da areia, não era fácil para tirar no banho. Fizemos uma reclamação e melhorou um pouco, mas ainda fica devendo pelo padrão da pousada. Outro ponto é a reposição de sabonete e shampoo que pedimos duas vezes e não foi reposto. Em relação ao café da manhã, a qualidade dos itens era muito boa, com destaque ao pão de queijo e folhado, excelentes, mas, infelizmente, acredito faltar treinamento e um olhar mais atento dos donos, pois em todos os dias, problemas recorrentes de reposição dos itens, falta de limipeza das mesas e do salão. Jantamos apenas uma noite na pousada, boa pizza e macarrão, mas várias mesas com restos de comida e funcionários passando ao lado e sem recolher os pratos e limpar as mesas. Em relação à localização, fica aproximadamente a 2 km da praça central, onde estão os principais restaurantes. Estava de carro alugado, o que facilitou muito, mas vi algumas pessoas chamando táxi. Apesar de tudo, gostamos bastante da pousada, mas é urgente melhorar serviços ;

Claro! Aqui está uma versão melhorada do texto: --- Infelizmente, tentaram cobrar pela estadia pela segunda vez, mesmo já estando paga. Havia muitos mosquitos na cozinha e a mesa não estava limpa. Além disso, não cumpriram o horário de início do café da manhã, e a vizinhança era muito barulhenta até de madrugada.

Adoramos a pousada, tudo novinho, bem cuidada, limpa. Um bom café da manhã, jantamos uma noite na pousada também, reservamos o prato antes, quando sentamos já fomos logo servidos e estava excelente.
