This is the best place to stay in Santo Amaro! The staff is amazing (say hi to Flavia, she's a gem!), the food is delicious, and the property is incredible. Great pool and lots of family-friendly and kid-friendly activities. And it's super close to the Lencois, making it a great base for anyone visiting them several days in a row.

A pousada Villaz surpreende pelo carinho da equipe e capricho nas acomodações. São poucos quartos e um imenso quintal com carinha de casa de vó. Tudo cuidado nos mínimos detalhes. Depois dos passeios nas lagoas, nada melhor do que relaxar nas redes dispostas no quintal, ouvindo música de excelente qualidade, enquanto as crianças brincavam - tem casa na arvore, campinho de golf, beach tenis, futmesa, sinuca, etc. Decoração linda. Culinária muito caprichada também. Enfim, não tenho do que reclamar, já quero voltar!

Excelente estadia no Hotel Villaz! As instalações são muito boas, o ambiente muito gostoso com uma play list de músicas que fizeram a diferença durante a minha estadia nesse ambiente acolhedor. Um grande diferencial foi o atendimento da equipe, em especial gostaria de agradecer ao Yuri, à Raquel e ao Wagner, que foram extremamente atenciosos, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. A simpatia e o profissionalismo deles fizeram toda a diferença na minha experiência. Parabéns ao hotel por contar com colaboradores tão dedicados. Recomendo e certamente voltarei em uma próxima oportunidade!

A pousada cobrou uma taxa de ‘hospede adicional ‘ wue é fixa quando fazemos a reserva. Sendo que a contratação foi para um casal e não tinha a 3a pessoa. Falei com a responsável pelas reserva mas ela disse que era com o hoteis.com que eu teria que resolver. O cafe da manhã é pessimo pra o preço cobrado pela diária. E a pousada fica muito longe dos melhores restaurantes.

Me surpreendi com a qualidade e charme do Villaz em um local tão simples como Santo Amaro. Tudo é muito bem decorado! Os funcionários são muito gentis! Boas opções de entretenimento. Fiquei em uma suite com piscina privativa, com uma vista linda para uma área verde e piscina. Cama, roupa de cama, toalhas e roupões excelentes e cheirosos. Café da manhã é simples, mas com diferencial de produtos feitos na hora, como tapioca e omelete. A pousada fica distante da cidade, mas o hotel oferece almoço e janta a la carte (muito gostoso, por sinal!). Os motoristas dos passeios nos buscaram na porta da pousada, portanto não precisamos nos deslocar! Ar condicionado potente! O chuveiro sai pouca água, mas pelo menos é limpa e quente! Meu arrependimento: não ter ficado mais! Nos fizeram a gentileza de deixar fazer o checkout mais tarde, por não terem hóspedes para ocupar a suite logo depois.

A equipe muito prestativos e educados. Piscina maravilhosa, quartos limpos, cama muito confortável, quarto grande e bastante arejado. Lugar tranquilo, amplo e arborizado. Muito bem cuidado. Jogue umas partidinhas de sinuca e ping pong com o meu marido. Amei e super indico. Fiquei em uma quarto no andar superior com piscina exclusiva e amei a experiência. Quando voltar, pretendo me hospedar de novo neste lugar maravilhoso

Muito agradável

A pousada é muito charmosa! Tem uma grande área de lazer, com piscina, quadra de areia, muitas mesas de jogos. Vê-se o cuidado e detalhes em toda a jardinagem da propriedade, limpeza excelente e funcionários muito educados. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e muito bem decorados. Wi-Fi em toda pousada. Ela fica porém, fora do centro de Santo Amaro, o que pra mim é bom, dada privacidade e espaço, mas dificulta para quem está sem carro, especialmente para jantar, já que a pousada não conta com restaurante. (É possível pedir entrega de comida).

Muito bom mas ainda pode ficar melhor

Gostamos bastante de nos hospedarmos no Villaz. Tudo confortável e limpo, equipe do café da manhã muito atenciosa e simpática. O único ponto de atenção é sobre a arrumação do quarto pois acredito que possam ser mais cuidadosos e não esquecerem de tirar copos/xícaras utilizados no dia anterior, nem deixar a manta da cama desarrumada.
