We enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and the manager/staff were very accommodating. If you are renting a car, the parking situation can be a little tricky finding a spot nearby on the side of the road. Although I had no issues, if youā€™re a Gringo like I am, I wouldnā€™t recommended walking around here too much at night. However, per usual, the local Dominicans were very nice and helpful! I would stay at this property again if I go back to Santo Domingo.

1. This property DOESN'T HAVE ANY PARKING! Please, don't mislead potential guests- no designates parking. By the streets is very unsafe and inconvenience. You may or may not find place around. Most streets are one way, parked with cars and small bikes. Priceless help from Hotel's employee- William. He helped to drive to private, safe parking for night. Also he was very professional and friendly, Mucha Gracias!

We really enjoyed this hotel. The ambience was great. The patio was nice for drinks and for breakfast. The breakfast was good, with many choices. Super friendly people working there. Bed was a bit hard, but the room was very clean.

The staff is genuinely friendly and always ready to help. Every time I had any request I was helped by friendly staff. They all had a very positive vibe always. The room was big, and comfortable. The location is great. Itā€™s very walkable, itā€™s very safe, with lots of shops, restaurants, museums, colonial era buildings and other attractions. Itā€™s my second stay at this hotel, and I recommend it.

Only the rooms had air conditioning. The dining area and hallway was too warm because the open area to outside. The flies and insects flew around while we ate breakfast. The breakfast was good. The staff was always friendly.
