nice little place in a great location

The intimate feel of the hotel is great. Breakfast was filling and very good. The owners are very helpful with anything you might need.

Value for money.

Good value for money. Problem with Punta Cana is the electricity blackout's. But the staff was super and they transferred me to their nearby sister hotel. The room was big with a nice balcon. Great location and within walking distance to most sights.

Very good value for money and great location

Very nice place to be for a short stay in zona colonial. The owners are really nice, sweet and helpful and the location is great. I'd stay here again with no hesitation. It's a Hostal, which is not same as a hostel, it's not a dorms place but a like a hotel with less service so the price is also lower Set yr expectations accordingly and don't be demanding. It's not fair on the hostal for the price you pay.

Fast check-in, friendly staff, quiet

I'm not a demanding and fussy person. So if a hotel is quiet, has friendly staff, and clean rooms, that's good enough for me. My GF visited me a few times and when she leaves she asks a lady at the desk to call her a taxi. Sometimes she'd be on the for a couple min, other times it could be 5-6 mins trying to her that taxi. Another time I asked one of the housekeeper if there were any coffee left. There was none and within 5 mins. I had a fresh brewed cup of coffee in my hand. Now, that's going above and beyond your duty.

Es como estar en casa, los amo.

El equipo de trabajo completo te hacen sentir en casa, tienen una excelente comunicación y coordinación para hacer de tu estancia un verdadero descanso, son muy amables y consentidores. El personal muy amable y responsables cada uno en sus funciones mas ese plus que te brindan preocupados por atenderte.

Great place to get away for a little while

the owners are great. The place is clean and gives you that nice intimate feel that is missing from larger hotels. Very accommodating.
