The two ladies working front desk the morning/afternoon shift always friendly , helpful and contribute to this hotel wich has a perfect location in the Zona colonial district. Second time here and will come again.

The hotel front desk manager was extremely accommodating and helped me several times during my stay. His assistance made me feel valued. He provided excellent customer service and made sure each local guest that stopped by signed in with a valid ID which shows the great security methods in place.

Awesome place to stay in Santo Domingo

The staff are great and speak English very well. The cleaning lady’s are so sweet! I’d stay at Liberty’s every time. Right on the Conde where all the fun is and down the street from the park.
