Hotel is very old in inside,they don't do a good job cleaning the rooms, bathroom is tiny, breakfast is terrible, frontdesk clerks are very nice, but hotel is a 2 stars and not a 3 stars as mentioned on hotels.com

When we first arrived the hotel was closed, it was 4 pm. We rang the bell and a woman came out to open the door. We did the check in and when it was time to pay she said she was charging me taxes because I was paying by card. Had I paid cash, she would have given me the rate given by Expedia. We went up to the room and when we entered, the smell of humidity was really bad although partially masked by the smell of detergent. I took it as a sign that the room was clean but there were long black hair all over the floor, so bad that I would not let my kids take their shoes off. The toilet was broken and the water would not stop running after it was used. We turned on the TV and only the basic channels were available. We also did not see get any wifi signal. The beds were also far from confortable just from sitting on them. In the end we decided not to spend the night there. As we left the receptionist said she would not give us a refund. I would have expected nothing less…

I’ve been using this hotel for the past 2 years and in every visit I can notice the condition of this hotel diminishing. The beds are harder, bad quality pillows, no comforters, no soap, leak in the bedroom, loud guests. Really sad to see this has changed, I guess there is new management because Im no longer seeing the same staff as before.

The Hotel Real Bella Vista is convenient to shopping and ding choices. The breakfast included is also good start to the day. This particular stay had a problem when the room next dooe apparently stopped up a drain and my room ended up getting flooded with sewage.

Not all it’s cracked up to be!

The cleaning staff for the rooms were nice and did a good. Most of the front desk were not helpful and just flat out rude. The parking spots are so small that there is no way to get out of your car if they are all full.
