Ms. Nikoleta ad her staff were really hospitable and really helpful everytime we have a question for them. the place was really nice as it is convenient and walkable to all the the tourist spots in Oia. it is also close to restaurants, convenient stores, and free parking spots/area. the room was always clean every time we get back from exploring the area. we would definitely comeback and stay here if we visit Santorini again.

Such a nice place!

This place was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The location was convenient, and the view from the private area and outdoor hot tub was wonderful! There was also plenty of free food, which was such a pleasant surprise. I was truly impressed and grateful. If I have another chance to visit this island, I would love to stay here again.

Fantastic

I loved my stay. The bed was very comfortable and every amenity I could need was there - including some complementary food and drinks. The views are stunning and there’s a shared hot tub overlooking the water. The hotel was also very accommodating to my travel schedule. I also loved the location - just a quick walk into town with a couple of markets and bus stop right there. I could go on and on — thanks for a wonderful stay, I hope to be back.

We were looking for a reasonable option for our graduation trip and this place was perfect for our stay being our first time Santorini. Nikoleta and her family were extremely friendly and the service was exceptional with the amenities and food provided. Was a reasonable price point and the roof terrace and hot tub overlooking the Aegean sea really made our trip!

Such a beautiful little place, the rooms are small but very nice and it’s very quiet in the suites. Just around the corner we had access to their caves sitting area which had amazing views of the sunset. Nikoleta was really friendly and a joy to chat with. If we come back to Santorini we’d stay here again.

Wonderful service and location!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and can not recommend it more. We had a full rooftop to our self with a private jacuzzi and the best views of the sunset. When we arrived, our fridge was fully stocked and we had a card and bottle of wine waiting for us to congratulate us. Nikoleta continuously checked in to make sure our stay was great. This hotel sits in the best part of Oia because you still have the most amazing views but it’s quiet and you’re away from the crowds. It is a 5 minute walk to the heart and center of Oia. An added bonus is this hotel also helps set up transfers to the airport and to the port which makes your trip even simpler. Photo attached was our view for our very massive rooftop

What a fantastic property and staff! The location is ideal for shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying all the benefits of Oia. Easy access to supermarket (a few steps across the street), vehicle rentals, local transportation, and stunning sunsets. The staff is amazingly helpful and responsive, the accommodations are to die-for (private jacuzzi, pool, etc.), and Nicoletta is so reachable and accommodating. The welcome bottle of wine, full refrigerator of food, and convenient beautiful spots to relax and unwind all make for a very lovely stay. You won't regret booking here. Close enough to everything, but still apart from all the noise and bustle.

The owners were amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Nikoleta and her husband do a great job. We had an issue with the AC and they quickly addressed the problem and fixed it. Very informative when we arrived. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a rental location as well. Also, a small market right by there as well. Nice private hot tub and pool. Great view ans huge balcony area.

My studio was in the right place to see the sunset , volcano. Caldera , some blue domes! Everything like restaurants and shopping area is within walking distance like 5-15 mins. I enjoy the outdoor pool and jacuzzi., I would definitely stay here again because of the staff kindness and convenience to everything! Nikoleta was always ready to answer any questions I had. She made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.. I have no regrets staying at this Villa ..

I'll start with saying we booked the room with a sea view and stayed in room 5 and had a breath taking view from our patio of the caldera, sunset and even the other side of the island. The room was very large and cleaned daily with fresh towels and the fridge was stocked with food items and a welcome gift of wine. The staff here are amazing and so nice and helpful. Upon arrival they helped us to our room and provided us with a local bus schedule for the island and a map of things to do. The hotel is in a great location and the patio right along the caldera view cliff you can use for evening sunsets is amazing. It's close enough to the heart of Oia to walk the everything but far enough away from the center that you aren't absolutely surrounded by noise and a ton of people. Car and atv rental place right across the street was great and many great restaurants all around you. If you're looking to stay in Oia and not spend a fortune but get some of the best service around this hotel is for you.

Wonderful and quiet location close to all sights

The fantastic staff gave us great recommendations and went above and beyond to make our visit to Santorini as magical as it possibly could be. The room was outstanding, charming and modern. Complimentary gifts were very nice surprises. The pool was good for cooling down during the days when it was extraordinarily warm. The terrace offered some of the most outstanding views with almost no crowds (views in all directions were top notch with plenty of photo opportunities). The walk to all famous sights of Oia was not too long at all. The days were best spent with walks through Oia early in the morning before any crowds had formed, followed by relaxing sunbathing and swimming by the pool, and finally with dinners and sunset watching during the evenings. There are two photo spots with the blue domed churches at a very short distance (going early and as the first stop from the hotel it allows you to get photos with basically no other people in them). Following these photospots are very scenic viewpoints including the old castle and windmills (must visits and a nice little stroll away from the first photospots). Great breakfast locations are to be found further down towards the windmills in my opinion. We did however also eat breakfast on the hotel’s terrace which turned out to be a lovely moment with unobstructed views and a calm atmosphere without crowds. The supermarket across the street have very reasonable prices. There is direct access to the bus stop from the hotel.
