It was a great property with an amazing view. The staff was also helpful. Though there was a lot of climb for getting to the property and inside the property. But that has to be expected for caldera views. We would stay again despite that inconvenience

This hotel is a fantastic gem in Fira of Santorini! The location is convenient where the night life occurs, and is by the waters with an incredible view. Breakfast was also partnered with Forty One restaurant by reception, so the food was amazing. Reception is super responsive and even helped us book a more affordable transportation service than Uber. They also arranged staff to pick up our luggages to and from the car’s drop off location. The rooms are beautifully set up with the Santorini cave unique design.

The property is located in a very convenient part of Fira, close to the Port, shopping streets, fantastic restaurants, and also within a short walking distance from the main bus station. The hotel and restaurant have amazing views of the caldera; the best feature was watching the sunset from the hotel pool. The rooms are very comfortable and air-conditioned. Our room even had a private hot tub. The staff members made the stay absolutely special; nothing was too much trouble. They were caring and attentive to any wishes we might have. They made us feel very welcome. Thank you for having us; we will be back!

Beautiful sunset every day. Room was clean, breakfast was good, had a lot of options. Hot tub wasn’t very clean, I can see lots of dirt and things floating. They said they clean twice a day but I didn’t think so. I didn’t use the hot tub at all, which was waste. It was very loud since it was in the middle of everything.

What an amazing 5 days we had here! Huge shout out to Nikos and his team for making our stay as smooth and as memorable as possible. The communication was on point from the moment we arrived the airport. Nikos’ team was standing by to help us with the luggage through the countless stairs all the way to this heavenly like paradise. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. The location is perfect and it felt like it was in the heart of Fira. Restaurants, bars, shops, etc.. are just a few steps away. The resort is surrounded by tourist specially at sunset because of its amazing view and location. This place is the total package. The cave style room and the infinity pool overlooking the white walls and caldera is probably the best part. It looks better in person than the Instagram photos. my family and I enjoyed every single moments we had here and wish we stayed longer. Again thank you CASASUNSHA! Until next time!

Absolutely a fantastic view!!!! I would stay again! Restaurant was delicious and the staff at the hotel was helpful. When in Santorini take the bus. Easy, cheap and convenient. Taxi and driver transfers are over priced! I felt they were a waste of my money!!!!! Happy travels!

The room was lovely, lots of space, the bathroom was stunning, such lovey balcony with hot tub which really loved with amazing views!!!! Location spot on couldn’t get any better than that!! Very well traveller here do average 80 flights per year, this was one of best hotels or apartments we been too!!

It was a nice stay. Our room had a sharing pool. We enjoyed the view of caldera and the stuff was very, very nice and helpful. The stuff was bringing us breakfast every single morning exactly at 9:00 a.m. whenever you can ask them they going to do that thing. They help us to set up some excursions at the really nice price. And highly recommend to use this property as you going to really enjoy the view and your stay

CasaSunsha in Santorini completely exceeded my expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms had that perfect blend of modern comfort and Cycladic charm. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering great local tips and even arranging sunset dinners. Just be ready for a few stairs and some late-night music drifting from the bar, it’s all part of the island vibe.

Love this place ! Absolutely stunning view from your room. The rooms are super nice with the “Santorini feel” white and cave like. Hot tub in the room ready to use;) Service was beyond:) They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. Special shout out to Maria our coordinator who was available at any time for last minute questions and recommendations. The restaurant on site is spectacular with live music at night. Breakfast was very good. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and my husband and I have travelled;) Highly recommend! Note there are many stairs to get to your room But staff does take care of your luggage:)

We stayed here for 5 nights before heading to Mykonos. And honestly, nothing will compare to the experience we had at Casasunsha. The view alone was worth every penny. Absolutely unforgettable and breathtaking. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and made to order! I wish we never had to leave… However, I would like to warn families with children and people who like to sleep that this is NOT the place for you. The DJ and/or live performer starts around 8 pm and does not end until around 2 am. You WILL hear the music loud and clear. There is no other way. lol.

Right from the start we felt well taken care of.Nikkos ensured we found the property , he has a bell hop help us with our bags as you cannot drive there . All the staff were hospital , helpful and good spirited. We had breakfast each day and the menu options were plentiful. Big Shout out to Dimitri and Arafella who were always cheery and great to talk to . My apologies as I cannot remember the managers name however he checked in with us daily to ensure our 4 day stay was on track . Incredible spot in heart of Fira on cliffs edge , great restaurant on site with live music s checked throughout the week . We would definitely come back . Thank you for a memorable stay . Franco
