Lovely little studio apartment in quiet location but close enough to amenities such as the bus stop and shops. 10 mins walk to nearest grocery store & bakery...the bakery is open 24/7! And they do the most amazing croissants and fresh bread. About 25-30 min walk to Fira town which we did a few times. Private hot tub was a real treat. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend

The room is very spacious and nicely decorated and the beds are really really comfortable, but there are limited places around for dining, the main swimming pool had an oil leak and couldn’t be used for a day, the jacuzzi lights were not working, and the private pool in the room was undergoing maintenance so we couldn’t use it during one of the days. The access to the property is also difficult by car.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Mary was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay suggesting places to visit and ways to get around, she helped with my transfers also as these were not included in the package I purchased. The apartment was very clean aside from a few stray hairs in the bathroom and lounge area. Overall very clean and very well ventilation despite the lack of windows. I loved the feel of it, cave like vibes and very secure from the gate to the front door. The outdoor area was clean and well set out and The jacuzzi was cleaned every morning as well as the apartment. The area was extremely quiet and photogenic as well being a couple minutes walk from a strip with breakfast/lunch options, a free cash withdrawal machine and a small grocery store. I did also walk to Fira which was only 20minutes walk away! Perfect location. Back to the apartment, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, microwave, kettle etc and tea/coffee. The bathroom was well stocked with slippers, towels, beach towels and toiletries and a hair blowdryer. I love everything about my stay! TV had netflix youtube and prime downloaded(you need to login, apart from youtube of course). The housekeepers were very friendly and helpful when needed. Nothing I could fault on this property and its staff, great place and great location away but not far from the centre Fira and neighbouring towns!

Lovely accommodation. Very clean and well kept. We had fresh towels everyday and cleaner visits daily. Location is excellent, almost in the middle of the island so its 25 mins to far North or South via quad bike. Local village is 5 minutes walk away with small super markets local restaurants and cafes. Much larger supermarket about 10 mins walk away. The jacuzzi in the front garden area was amazing to chill out in and the roof pool area was excellent and well kept. Excellent 10 days stay thank you

Ma fille et moi avons adoré notre séjour au Coconut. Nous y avons été merveilleusement accueillies. Nous avons adoré emprunté la ruelle pour explorer le quartier. Notre chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse. Nous avons autant profité de notre petit patio privé que de l'espace commun sur le toit, avec une vue agréable. Nous avons séjourné à plusieurs endroit durant notre voyage en Grèce, des endroits choisies soigneusement, certains hébergements étaient plus luxueux ou plus centraux, mais nous avons eu un réel petit coup de coeur pour celui-ci, tout en simplicité, qui a été notre préféré du voyage.

Super accueil de Maria et Mélina. Appartement très spacieux. 2 salles de bains, 1 jaccuzi sur la terrasse. Une piscine commune très agréable en Roof top. A proximité d'une station de bus qui dessert pas mal de destinations. Le centre de fira situé a 15 minutes à pied. Supermarché à côté de la station de bus, un autre plus grand à 15 minutes à pied également . Très propre et calme. Pensez aux croquettes pour les petits chats qui dorment a proximité 😉
