The hotel was impeccable and the location was perfect. Although every staff member went above and beyond, we were very impressed with Anastasia’s efforts to ensure our stay went well. Stunning views and service the second you walk in the door. Welcome lemonade drink while taking in the stunning surroundings. The breakfast options were varied and all delicious. Highly recommend the bread basket! Joy and Anastasia were so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The whole team are so wonderful and thoughtful ! Anastasia , Fortini, Dmitiri, Joy, Theodore made our stay wonderful ! They were ready to help us with everything and anything we needed. Even when we fell ill , Joy made sure we had some local remedy to help us get back up quickly so we can enjoy the rest of our stay . We will def be back! Thank you

If your elderly , lots of walking,,Don't get room 10 or 9 , its in a man hole with a spiraling stare case , was hard to get up and down.. Yhey should have a warning on rooms like that.
