Fabulous

Fabulous accommodation overlooking the caldera. Overlooked only by one apartment, which was rare. Large airy apartment with excellent host on hand to deal with any problems and assist with booking tours.

Absolutely stunning 10/10!

Me and my fiancé absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful location and apartment! Bogdan welcomed us personally and provided us with very useful information and recommendations for our stay. We didn’t have much planned for our trip to Santorini so it was super helpful! We followed his advice and had the best time. Bogdan is such a service minded and kindhearted person and we felt very welcome. If we ever come back to Santorini we know where we will stay. Can recommend 10/10!

Perfect apartment in Santorini

Very nice apartment with spectacular views. The host Eirini was very kind and helpful and came to pick us up and drop us at the drop off point. The apartment is centrally located and a minute away from the sunset point and church. The views from the terrace are just incredible. Overall a place I will definitely recommend to everyone.

Just returned from 3 nights stay for my honeymoon and this accommodation exceeded all our expectations. We started our trip with Santorini and missed our connecting flight and had to wait for the next flight to Athens and then Santorini. 10 hours later, we finally made it late at night and were exhausted. Eirini who was the host was gracious and kind in rearranging our transfer. The hotel is in a house unit and facing the caldera which must be reached by steps from the main road. I highly recommend to book transfer through hotel especially if you have not been to Santorini. Eirini then meet us at the drop off area and walked us to the hotel. The view in front door step is just breathtaking and the hotel is beautiful. Very authentic with cave like bathroom, spacious with living room, full kitchen and bedroom area. Eirini was so kind prepared us fresh cookies she baked earlier and a bottle of wine. Comes with all toiletries amenities including a slipper which I appreciate as not hotel offers. Eirini took the time explaining the map of Santorini and this hotel comes with bus schedule, maps and guide books for guests. Overall stay was very pleasant, housekeeping once a day. The best part is waking up to sunrise overlooking caldera with a coffee in your hand. We rented an ATV the next day and rode around the island all day and visiting beaches, Oia and Thira and full of tourists from cruise ships made us even more thankful that we choose Imerovigli.

Dreamy accommodation in every aspect!

Ikia Kriton is the best place to stay in Santorini! The location is awesome with the most beautiful views of the sunset and the volcano (better than anywhere else in Santorini). The apartment is just perfect and we were impressed with every detail of it. It was spotlessly clean and we loved the decoration and the traditional style of the house. As per our hosts and especially Mrs. Eirini, we can’t find enough words about how generous, kind and friendly are and their excellent service too. They are willing to help whatever your needs are and they provide very useful information about the island and places to visit and eat. They kindly arranged for us on time transfer from and to airport and kept our luggage after the check-out until our departure time. Mrs. Eirini welcomed us when we arrived at Imerovigli, she helped us with our luggage and then she showed us the apartment which is very spacious and well-equipped and she gave us an overview of the history of Santorini and things to do. She had also prepared a basket with a bottle of Santorini’s famous wine, fruit and local products and their homemade delicious cookies. Mrs. Eirini was treating us like being her family. We haven’t met before such great hosts who care so much about their guests! It is difficult to express exactly how amazing was our stay at Ikia Kriton and the great hospitality that we enjoyed. We are much looking forward to visiting again Santorini only to stay more days to this lovely and peaceful place!

Nous venons de passer 4 nuit dans cette très belle cave house. Tout était parfait! Eirini nous a particulièrement bien accueilli et a pris le temps de nous expliquer l’histoire de Santorin et nous donner de judicieux conseils pour nos visites. La cave house est très confortable et très joliment décorée. La vue est splendide et c’est un vrai plaisir de profiter de la terrasse. Le ménage est fait chaque jour, le service est digne des meilleurs hôtels.

Beautiful house with very stylish decos, spacious and very clean. We could see spectacular View of the Caldera from the windows, and from a deck. The owner Eirini is very nice and helpful. She met us at the village Square on arrival and helped us to carry the luggage to the house. She let us leave our luggages in her house after we checked out and she also arranged the airport taxi for us. Thank you, Eirini!

Beautiful house with incredible view!

The house is absolutely delightful, very clean, lovely styling & the view is incredible. The host was so accommodating, she waited up till midnight to show us into our room and tell us all the things to do and see. A complimentary bottle of wine, grapes, olive oil and her home made biscuits were a lovely touch. We had the best time in Santorini and could not recommend this place highly enough!

Beautiful home in Imerovigli

Just returned from spending 3 nights at Ikia Kriton (2 person apt) so here’s my review ... firstly the home was beautiful and extremely clean with a lovely outside area where you can sit with a drink in the shade looking at the Caldera, there’s also a private sun terrace with 2 sun loungers. The host Eirini was absolutely amazing, courteous and informative- she arranged our transfers to and from the airport and met us on arrival - she showed us around the home and gave us some useful information about Imerovigli and Santorini (nothing seemed too much trouble for her and she made us feel very welcome and relaxed) Theres no pool at the accommodation however within a one minute walk guests can use th pool at Zenith Blue (you have to pay €10 per person on drinks) The home has a lovely restaurant (Blue Note) a few steps away where you have an amazing view of th sunset and there is a nice small bar a few steps away so it really does have everything you could want within easy walking distance. Imerovigli is a perfect place to stay as it’s quieter than Fira but only a 20 minute walk away from the main town. I would absolutely 100% recommend Ikia Kriton and trust me when I say you won’t be disappointed. We would definitely return and would only stay here. Thank you Eirini for all your kindness and assistance you really did enhance our experience.

The apartment is located in Imerovigli (awesome location) with so much to do in the area, a good hike to Oia, and amazing restaurants within 5 minutes of walking. The apartment is convenient in terms of location, safe, amazing views all around and less touristy, so you feet at home, very comfortable and great outdoor sitting area. Fantastic customer service and prompt replies no matter what your needs are, the hosts are always going above and beyond. We stayed at the one bedroom apartment, which was very spacious, interior and decor is very tasteful and modern. The made sure the space was cleaned periodically which was awesome. We received tasty welcome treats and champagne to celebrate our upcoming wedding during our visit. We will absolutely stay here again when we return for our anniversary!

What an incredible place to stay! The views are unbelievable, pictures just don't do it justice. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and exactly like the pictures. Just to confirm others experience. Pros, view, beds, AC all first class. Away from crowds, but close to great restaurants, pool access, store and dessert shop. Cons, none, but work out a bit before tackling the charming stairs.

This is a perfectly located appartment on the coastal path, so the views are stunning. The accommodation is large, stylish and spotlessly clean. The host is friendly and welcoming and we were provided with lots of local knowledge that made our stay so special. We had use of a fabulous sun terrace with views that we will never forget. There is a shaded outside area for eating in and just watching the many tourists go by. We found this a most enjoyable pastime, and we chatted to people from the world over. A swimming pool is also available close by, local shops provide fresh everything and there are lots of high quality restaurants about. Santorini is a beautiful island, nowhere is too far away, (excellent public bus services)and our stay at Ikia Kriton was the best! I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. The only negative about Santorini is that you will need strong legs as the volcanic slopes are steep and there are lots of steps to get to most places. But it is a price worth paying for magnificent views that the Caldera offers. Ikia Kriton in the north of the island is in the best part of the island for beauty and location, you will love it here.

This is probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Eirini and Kriton were fantastic hosts, treating us like friends/family, going way above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. And the property itself was overwhelming, so beautiful. If you have an opportunity to stay here, you should! You won’t regret it! Imerovigli is the perfect location, not overly crowded like Oia and Fira, and spectacular views atop the clifffs. Easy to get to other parts of the island.

My wife and I stayed at the Ikia Kriton apartment for 3 nights. Eirini arranged pickup for us at the airport for 20 EUR and met us as our van arrived to help us make our way down to the apartment. The moment we walked over the caldera rim we wished we’d booked a longer stay. The views from this part of Imerovigli are absolutely stunning! The apartment was a short 5 min walk down from the street. With two flights of steps involved. Upon arrival at the property we were greeted with a gift basket including a very nice bottle of Santorini white wine. Eirini did a great job of giving us an overview of the property and things to do in the region. There are some great books on Santorini and a useful hiking map. Location: There are several restaurants and grocery stores within a 5 to 10 min walk. The trail to Skaros Rock starts about 100m away and makes a great short hike (30-45 min). We hiked in to Fira a couple of times and that took about 30 min and wasn’t too bad. The hike back is a bit more difficult due to the elevation difference but still manageable. However there is a bus from Fira to Oia that runs every 30 min which stops in Imerovigli that is a quick and cheap alternative. Amenities: The bathroom is very clean and spacious. The apartment had a very efficient and quiet air conditioning unit. The bed was super comfortable! There’s also a kitchenette with mini-fridge. We made eggs every morning for breakfast.
