My wife and I spent our honeymoon at the Incognito Villa, and it exceeded our expectations. Very beautiful place with a beautiful private infinity pool and pretty much a private beach access (we were there end of October). The owner was extremely nice and helped with many things during our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone! It was sometimes hard to leave the villa and go out and explore the island as we were enjoying the place too much.

What a gem of a place to stay! We stayed at Hotel Incognito for our honeymoon and we can’t wait to go back. Not only were they extremely responsive, they made our stay incredible. The host was available all the time, did the most thorough welcome tour/gave us tons of recommendations of restaurants, and offered to help us book a catamaran tour. The property is beautiful, quiet, and directly on the beach. We received Prosecco and a fruit basket upon arrival. It was clean, comfortable, and just overall the best experience we could ask for. There are a few restaurants within walking distance which was wonderful. It’s also centrally located so that you can travel to the bigger towns for lunch or dinner, but come back to your oasis after. We loved it and highly recommend it. We hope to go back soon!

Loved this "off the beaten path of tourists" villa. Close enough to run to the grocery store, but still super nice to relax for a day, or several days. The outside grill and pool completed the perfection. Lefteris was a great host and even took us to the airport, with constant communication, or recommendations. Would love to stay again if we are back in Santorini.

I liked the place. It was very clean and the host was very helpfull :) While we stayed there, he helped us to understand the island and all the activites witch was avaible in the island. I can recommand this place for everybody who want to live in quite place :)

What a dream this place is! Check in was quick & painless. Our host was so kind, drove us to the store so we could grab a few things! It is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy an incredible view. We will be back more than once!

Great location to stay at if you want to stay away from the crowds in Oia & Fira! Lefteris was amazing in the sense that he was able to help my husband and I rent a car, he provided a map with lots of great recommendations that we did visit during our time in Santorini, and he also provided a free pick up/ drop off service to the airport. The villa is spacious, someone came to clean it everyday while we were gone, the outdoor space is nice and the pool is a great touch. I will say that this villa is not for you if you want to be near the tourist locations in Santorini. Overall, a good experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at Incognito Villa. Lefteris was a fantastic host from start to finish. Picking us up from the airport free of charge, giving us a tour of the property and advising on places to see and things to do during our stay. Also booked a catamaran cruise for us which I fully recommend to everyone, especially the sunset one! The Villa was clean, tidy and had daily visits from the housekeeper who kept leaving us nicely presented plates of fresh fruit. The oranges especially were delicious! Being on the East coast, watching the sunrise was beautiful. I managed to get some lovely time lapses of this. The airport is nearby, but not lots of air traffic, you hardly notice the planes and if anything, it’s fun to see the take offs and landings! Pool was a bit cold on our first day, not sure if the heating was switched on or just simply the sunshine, but by the 2nd day it was plenty warm enough! Beach is right in front of the villa, the water is really clear and we did do some sea swimming while we were there. The beach is almost private, you get a few people from the hotel further down the beach walking past but nothing much. The Villa had everything we needed, outdoor showers, garden, pool, barbecue, sun loungers, TV (although we never used it), bluetooth speaker, cooker, all utensils, pots pans etc, kettle, coffee machine. All in all, we loved our stay and can’t thank Lefteris enough for everything he did for us. We want to come back!

Wow what an amazing unique tranquil holiday villa. Private quiet beach location, beach restaurant Galinis situated within walking distance, in my opinion best to hire a car to tour around the island, ample parking beside villa. Large private garden together with Heated pool which is superb and very private, fantastic bbq area, outside lighting at nighttime is beautiful. Villa host - Lefteris was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, always available if any queries. Villa accommodation and decor was top notch, very well maintained throughout, superb kitchen, phenomenal views of sunrise. A perfect villa for a relaxing vacation.

This villa was absolutely perfect for our trip. Secluded, beautifully and thoughtfully designed with a sense of security and every amenity provided. Lefteris is a genuine and kind host who gives the impression nothing is too much bother. He quickly gathered that we were looking for a laid back experience and gave us all the information we needed whilst respecting our privacy. When the time came he organised our transfers swiftly and generously and truly made the experience seamless and extra special. The villa is definitely on the quiet side of the island and to get to the busier side takes a short while depending on method of transport (we took a taxi and a bus to Oia which was around 1hr). We did not take a car which is something we might consider for our next trip as we will definitely be returning! Thank you Lefteris and hope to see you in the future!

We stayed at Villa Incognito for our honeymoon in the first week in August and couldn’t wait after seeing the pictures an reviews. But it was even more incredible than we had anticipated!! The views where simply amazing, we got up early to watch the sunrise which is one of the most beautiful memories of our trip! Immaculately presented, everything you could possibly need, privacy but not too far from either Kamari or Monolithos. We walked to Kamari a few times, only a 20 minute walk south down the beach. Galini taverna is only a stones throw which was fantastic. The whole experience has left us dreaming of our next trip to Santorini! And Lefteris, wow!only a phone call or text away, recommendations and local knowledge, helped us to book a catamaran sunset boat tour to the volcano and hot springs an arranged a pick up for us an just a text message notice! Nothing was too much trouble and he is such a nice man! So happy we stayed here! Thank you so much for making our honeymoon the most perfect week!!

Private & Secluded Beach Oasis

The view from this villa is just unreal, literally took our breath away. My fiance and I stayed here two nights total. When we landed, unfortunately the weather sucked - super strong winds and cold, but we woke up every morning to watch the insane sunrise. Can't get anymore private & romantic than this modern villa Pros: - Secluded, quiet, and private beach front villa - Owner is very prompt and helpful with any needs (rental car, transfers, suggestions) - Owner is proactive in reaching out to arrange complimentary transfer to & from villa - Owner personally apologized for the uncharacteristically chilly/windy weather (the weather is beyond his control, but it was sweet of him to check in on us) - Villa is very modern and clean - Owner provided fruits, robes, toiletries, flip flops, beach towels, waters, soft drinks, and complimentary bottle of wine - Includes full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, sink) with dishes and utensils - Private pool steps from the beach Things to keep in mind: - Pool is not heated - It's about 35 mins away from Oia which is where the blue dome buildings are (we had a photoshoot scheduled here, and the owner helped us arrange private transfer for 25 euros one way) - The closest walkable spot for food is Galini Taverna (delicious beach front restaurant), but we also ordered delivery from Il Forno one night (no delivery fees, we got 1 pizza and 2 pastas) - Wifi signal isn't very strong unfortunately.
