Excellent property. Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water for a couple days so showering was difficult. Don’t take the “cave” concept lightly, you really are in a cave with only a small skylight and the front door for natural light. And therefore there is no views from your room. Our cell phones only worked near the entrance door but not at our bed. However there was free wifi that worked well. Rooms are spacious and ours had a kitchenette but no microwave.

Exceptional stay

Sara was fantastic, very helpful before we even arrived and during our visit! The transportation to and from the airport was a nice touch, on time and a pleasant ride. We especially enjoyed breakfast brought to our room every morning! A nice location, close to the center of town, but not crowded with people.

We loved the property and the amenities it came with. Sara was very helpful and prompt in arranging for our needs. This location is central to Fira central square and at a short walkable distance. We'd highly recommend this establishment for your stay at Infinity Collection.

Hands down this was the best hotel I have ever been to. The hospitality was 10/10 and just good vibes all around. Sara was amazing and so was all the staff. Very friendly, helpful and everything was perfect. I will definitely be going back there again. It was also the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. Cave Bliss

Staying in a cave room was a highlight of our trip! Our large room slept four grown adults well and still offered extra room for lounging. The mattresses and linens were high quality. Having an exterior place to lounge alongside our hot tub offered great memories. We especially appreciated the infinity pool for morning reading. Location was perfect. Breakfasts were delicious and offered something for everyone. We could walk five minutes to all the activity and walk back to the room if it got hot. We LOVED our stay! Elpida was a huge asset and made sure all our needs were met.

Well maintained property. Breakfast brought to room each morning which is a. Ice touch. Close to Fira Downtown. Major downside is noise…spring break parties till midnight, jacuzzi pumps going off every 30 minutes, property doors slamming, etc. The amount of sleep you get is inversely proportional to the super high price per night you pay. Also there is zero view other than your neighbor….there are tons of properties around with ocean view.

We were pleasantly surprised how modern and clean the hotel was when we arrived. During our 3-day stay, we talked with Ares, Salome, and Alexandra. All of them were fantastic and provided very helpful suggestions (from where to buy local wine to where to eat and go). We also got a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and less than 10 minutes walking from the Fira bus station. Breakfast is included. There is an order form for the guests to choose breakfast items each night and breakfast is delivered to the room next morning. Plenty of options on the menu. Good quality food. Our friends checked in a week later and they also loved it! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

My family loved this resort. The only two issues we had was the roof top hot tub on our unit was not working. This was one of the highlights we were looking forward to. Secondly, my daughter had bought a bracelet and it came up missing. There was cleaning service and I had mentioned it to management but they assured me it couldn’t have been them. So who knows but these were the only two complaints we’d had. Loved it besides that.

We had a difficult time finding the hotel. We tried calling for over an hour to reception but no answer. Once we managed to find it the man at reception said we had the wrong number when we showed him the number we were calling. We then took a business card and it was the exact same number. We had requested the honeymoon suite with a hot tub. The tub was dirty as it had rained and the rain is a dust rain so that couldn’t be helped. The tub was cold so you would not use it even if it was clean. Once we got to our room it had a very strong musty smell. We asked if we could be moved and they accommodated us. The women was very good. Once we were moved the new room was very lovely.

The hotel is located 10 mins from the main square in Fira. The property itself looks very modern and is very tidy, with a cleaning service every morning in your room and cleaners around the hotel throughout the day. The staff are very helpful and will tailor to your needs in Santorini, whether you need an activity booked, a taxi or just advice! We received a free upgrade to a room with a hot tub and a patio, which made our experience 10x better. There is an abundance of loungers by the pool if you just want to relax in the sun, which I highly recommend! Overall the property was amazing and I would definitely stay again

The property didn’t disappoint. Everything as seen online. The property was secured with modern facilities. We were really impressed about Salome’s professionalism. She waited at the reception to receive us despite arriving late at night. She furnished us with all the information needed. She went all out to make sure we get anything we needed. If we ever go back to Santorini, we are definitely staying at White concept cave.
