Hotel was closer to a 2 star N. American hotel. View is awesome, staff mostly friendly. Room was a major disappointment, outdated, stunk of chlorine, muggy from indoor hot tub, and basically felt like a Motel 6. Basic tourist trap like so many of the businesses on Santorini Island. Grossly overpriced.

Pleasant hotel, beautiful views /scenery, clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. Staff helpful and attentive. Housekeeping was a bit lax and there is no turn down service. Breakfast was fresh and beautiful. Parking is a bit of a nightmare so be aware if you rent a car. However that’s the same for most of the island!

The service we recieved at Kopari was unmatched. The staff were extremely thoughtful and attentive. I would highly recommend this resort to any one that visits Santorini. The view of the Calderas was absolutely stunning. Thank you for making our engagement so special!

Kapari Natural Resort is amazing. The room was unique and way more spacious than expected. It was almost like a whole house to ourselves! The cute blue gate and front patio were perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. The sauna, jacuzzi, and double showers were a great way to warm up in the evening. Kapari Wine Restaurant was top-notch and the wait staff were so knowledgeable and professional. The front desk staff were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful room with private hot tub, great air conditioning system and kept in beautiful condition throughout our stay. The staff were so kind and nothing was too much trouble, bringing us fruit and wine on arrival to our room, and even providing us with coffees while we waited for the room to be ready (we arrived far earlier than the check in time). Service was quick and efficient, and we really enjoyed the 7 course dinner we had at the hotel. The food was incomparable and the staff again made us feel comfortable and as though nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for the most memorable stay.

This property was magical. We had the suite with a living room, small bar area, and in-room jacuzzi. It was a great size and very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped plan our entire visit on the island. This is a small hotel so you can expect very personalized treatment. The very best part of it all was the unmatchable, stunning, breathtaking view!

The staff was very nice, the hotel it self was not what I anticipated, we have traveled a lot, I would not rated a 5 star, there linens, the mold in the bathroom not begin taken care of was not great, it wasn’t the experience I had hope for in Santorini, location great, staff very nice.

The property was situated in a great location in imerovigli. The views where Amazing. The staff where attentive and helped with any request. Pleasant stay all round. The only comment i would say is all the 5 star hotels i have stayed in normally have an iron and ironing board available. This hotel only had a paid pressing service. So pack a travel iron or be happy to pay for the service.

The property is beautiful with amazing views and not Crowded Breakfast was amazing We didn’t take the wine bottle Because we don’t drink but They brought us fresh fruit platter and fresh orange juice The staff is extremely courteous And I would say outstanding They make your experience Personalised and address every Request with a lot of professionalism we enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend this property We live in the US and I would say the hotels and staff could learn from these guys Outstanding hospitality
