The staff members were amazing! This hotel has an extremely efficient system for its smooth operation. Staff members could recognise guests, including their room numbers, from the first day and could anticipate our needs from airport transfer to tour bookings. The breakfast was generous and delicious. This hotel has made our santorini memories so much more beautiful.

Pay the $25 (2 people) shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It's super worth it. They carry your luggage down the long stairs to the hotel. We appreciated it so much that we booked it for the airport return, which meant they carried our bags up those long steps to the shuttle. The breakfast is situated outside where you can enjoy the views of the coastline. They give you a paper the day before to select what you want to breakfast the next day. There's a variety of choices. Our two favorites were the eggs-tomato-feta and yogurt-honey-sliced fruit. Best yogurt in Greece! I need to know what brand they used. The room and bathroom are very spacious. We couldn't hear our neighbors on the side, but we did occasionally hear the neighbors upstairs moving their chairs around. You have an outdoor patio where you can sit and enjoy the sunset with a beverage. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. We were less than a 10-minute walk to the bus station, where you can take a bus to Oia and other towns. There's a grocery store nearby where you can get drinks and snacks. The area is not super crowded because we're at the edge of the shops, but you do get some people trying to take photos at or near the entrance of the hotel and the hotel has to close the door or put up a rope to block them from going down. I'd highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Santorini.

Fantastic location deep down in the hillside with spectacular views of the sea. Room was spacious, super clean, and felt very private. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was nice and accommodating.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us. They gave great tips for enjoyment, activities and food!! I injured myself and they provided crutches and help!! Amazing views, staff and atmosphere!! I’ll be back for sue
