I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the hotel manager. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable during our entire stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. That there was no clear signage. There’s no parking in the facility. However the public parking was nearby. The room was excellent. My teenage boys like the loft and the room was spacious. Tje location is walkable to where all the action is but I didnt expect it would be the opposite of the caldera. Very good for the price paid. It is very clean.

Beautiful property, private. Faced away from the Caldera but better because no one overlooking our us like the ones (expensive) facing the other side! 1 minute walk across the road into the hub of Oia. Perfect!

The property is a minute walk from the main walking street. The best thing was Eva , she was the host , she is very helfull and pleasant. She made our trip easier. The only bad thing was the hot tub (it wasn't clean enough)

The hotel is recently updated and is near the car and scooter rental areas. Most things are in short walking distance. No local laundry services are available. The staff "Eva" was excellent! She was very attentive and nice. Eat at Skizas Pizza. Ask for Steve there. He is also an outstanding server. Desserts are phenomenal!

The most special thing about this place is not Jacuzzi. The location is so good. Other accommodations in Ia are difficult to climb up and down because of the steep stairs, but the accessibility here is very good. The host is kind, too. I recommend it to Koreans. This place is expensive. It's very cost-effective The view is the opposite view of Ia Village, but I felt good when I woke up in the morning because it was a view of the sea view.

Incredibly misleading

Not great, very misleading as there are not cooking untensils or rainfall shower as stated in the hotel description. Had to wait 6 hours in the rain before checking in even though they state a speedy room clean can be done if your arrive early and they were also aware what time we would be arriving as we emailed them 48 hours before arriving. Luckily me and my partner were out most of the time, but due to no cooking equipment, we had to eat out everyday which stretched our holiday budget and made the rest of our trip harder financially. Would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday. If we had known, we would have paid more for a better hotel.
