We visited Santorini for our 25yr anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place to stay than the Pegasus Spa hotel. It is ideally located near (but not too close) to the capital Fira, the facilities are excellent and the staff we friendly and exceptional at looking after our needs. We could not fault them.

Very nice hotel, clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Rooms have great sunset views over the caldera. Location is really good as its 2 minutes to the local bars and restaurants, only 15 mins walk to busier Fira, and we also walked to Oia in under 2hrs. Highly recommend this hotel

We had a very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived in the hotel! Front desk is very rude and lacks empathy and they are very dismissal oriented. We could not check in our room until 6pm, we paid for the angel suites which is a room that has no privacy. This room is located right next to the hotels pool! Everyone will be able to see you at your room deck and pool. The views from the room are very beautiful but it does not make it worth what the rook lacks. The reservation department did try The breakfast is not good. The spa service is good and the luggage helpers are amazing!

Tranquility and Breathtaking Views

Great hotel and in a more quiet area. Views are spectacular and the staff goes out of their way to meet all of your needs. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices, and it is about a mile from Fira. Worth every penny especially if you want great sunsets and a tranquil place

This hotel is absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful views and fantastic rooms!! The food at the restaurant was incredible. Staff was amazing, so friendly and attentive!! We also got massages at the spa which was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be staying here again. Very close walk to Fira, great restaurants nearby. Just fyi if someone in your party is handicapped or has difficulty walking there is many steps at the hotel.

Stay here - you won’t regret it!

We had a wonderful stay at Pegasus! It’s in a great location - easy to walk into Fira and Imerovigli but also away from big crowds - and our room had a beautiful view. It really doesn’t get better than soaking in your private tub, then having wine and dinner on your balcony while watching the sunset over the caldera. Maria, John, Cora, and all the staff were so kind and helpful with recommendations to make the most of our time in Santorini. We were sad to leave!

My husband and I stayed at Pegasus for our anniversary trip and we couldn’t have been happier! The hotel’s at a prime location with so many cafes and restaurants nearby, and only 20 min walk to Fira. Staff were all so friendly, especially Maria at reception. She was very welcoming and hospitable, and gave us so many recommendations for local restaurants and basic information about the island as it was our first time in Santorini. Overall a very pleasant stay. A nice sunset view from the balcony and we enjoyed our hot tub every night!

We had a fabulous stay for our honeymoon. The views are breathtaking, the room was beautiful and the staff really helpful and welcoming making our stay extra special. It would be 5/5 for all areas but we had a few issues with the electric and the fittings hanging off the wall in the shower. Minor bits that I'm sure will be resolved.

I can honestly say that the staff at this hotel were amazingly professional, extremely helpful, polite and in every way excelled. They were as professional as the best cabin stewards/esses in top airlines. Particularly, John / Arthur / Maria / Daniella and Lorna. Most staff are Greek or Albanian and the latter dispelled any previous thoughts people may have of their nationality. Brilliant place, excellent food, outstanding service.

Our stay at Pegasus Spa & Suites in Santorini was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality that made our trip truly exceptional. We stayed in a stunning suite with a jetted hot tub, which was the perfect touch of luxury to elevate our experience. The breakfasts were an absolute highlight—freshly squeezed orange juice, perfectly cooked eggs, and a delightful array of croissants and pastries that started each day on a delicious note. The food at the on-site restaurant was equally impressive, earning a well-deserved five stars. We can’t recommend the chicken gyro, margarita pizza, trio dip, and salmon enough—each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The staff at Pegasus went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Effie and Maria at the reception desk greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness, always ready to assist with a smile. Our server, John, was incredibly attentive and made every meal a joy. The entire team showed remarkable care, especially when they promptly arranged a mattress cover for our bed to ensure my pregnant wife’s comfort—a gesture we deeply appreciated. The spa experience was divine, with massages that left us completely relaxed and rejuvenated. My recent stay at the Pegasus Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel truly stood out in three key areas that made our experience unforgettable. First and foremost, the Pegasus Hotel boasts an incredible view of the Caldera that is simply breathtaking. From morning to night, we were treated to mesmerizing views that added a touch of magic to our stay. The architectural structure of the hotel exuded a truly Greek experience, blending harmoniously with the surroundings and creating an atmosphere of charm and authenticity. The service at the Pegasus Hotel was second to none. Every interaction with the staff made us feel special and valued, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not only comfortable but also memorable.
