We had a car and couldn't find the place but Alex was really helpful. The villa is a little tucked away - quiet and nice, closer to the beach but its only 10m walk to the main road to Oia from the back road.
Overall, we were really pleased with our stay and would love to get the bigger villa downstairs with the pool when we do come back! :)

Rosepepper Villa
Finding the villa from the bus stop was a bit confusing but everything else about this stay absolutely made up for it. The house is beautiful and a great location, super quiet but very close to a local grocery and all that Oia has to offer. Veronica, our contact was incredibly caring and had excellent communication before during and after our stay.

We stayed 3 days in Rosepepper Villa and already wished we stayed longer! As a family of 5 adults, it was a little tricky to find a place that fit all of us comfortably but Rosepepper did the trick without breaking the bank. Incredibly close and within walking distance to many hot spots including a winery, local market, bus stop, restaurants, and only 20 minutes walking to central Oia! Walk includes a steep, cobblestone hill though so older/weary walkers be cautious. Veronica assisted with checking us in and was basically our own personal concierge service after that. She was so incredibly helpful, always available, and was able to arrange everything and anything we needed from scheduling taxis to booking day cruises. Loved every second of our stay!

We are a family of 5, three kids, 21, 18 & 16. We stayed in the first floor apt. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Veronica met us earlier than the check in time and certainly went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. It is a 10min drive from Oia, but we had rented a car so that was not an issue for us. The town is very crowded and vibrant so staying in RosePepper gave us the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. We are big on AC, so it was a bit shocking when we found the three rooms had no AC. It was just like Veronica told me when I asked, it was not necessary. The walls in cave houses are cool and between the living room AC and the fans in the rooms we slept very comfortable. The place is spotless and comfortable. I would definitely come back!
