Great house for a group of 4-5 people. Right near to the best gyro in Santorini and steps away from the main walk in Oia. Also very close to a good car rental place which was convenient. House was clean and needs were certainly met.

Great apartment, loved the pool/jacuzzi and the view. The host was very responsive and waited to receive me, assist with luggage and parking even though we arrived late at night. Perfect location in Oia.

Spectacular views, and charming hillside location. One of the most unique accommodations we've experienced. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue was intermittent water during our stay due to an island-wide water infrastructure issue.

Amazing house. Was a personal residence at one time. Manos the property host was very helpful with suggesting local restaurants close by that were amazing. Daily breakfest was delicious and fresh. Location is perfrct. Dippojg pool perfrct to relax after a day of spectular site seeing.

Perched above Ammoudi Bay, it's a perfect location for ocean views and sunset views, peaceful and quiet, lots of steps for walking so wear sturdy shoes. Poperty manager Manos was awesome - very professional, quick to respond to messages, arranged all of our transportation needs, and gave excellent restaurant recommendations, The maid and porter were also super. Our room lost power amd water pressure one morning, bed could be more comfortable, but overall our stay was magical. We give it a ten and we would be back in a heart beat. Thank you for our wonderful vacation!

This is a total gem, amazing view of sunset and great little jacuzzi for two people. The staff especially Ned is over the top of excellent, he helps you inn every detail possible and has the best attitude. Could not recommend more this place!! We loved it

Everything went very well, the property is beautiful as well as the views since are uniques. The only bad news is the number of stairs you have to walk to get in and out the property, but finally is part of the experience.

I stayed at the Spitia Santorini Captain House, and it was a wonderful experience. The house is full of charm and character. Upon entering, you’re greeted by an outdoor garden seating area with views of the lower street and parking area. The bedroom balcony offers a stunning sunset view, and there’s no need to visit the crowded spots unless you're seeking a view of the iconic blue roofs. The house has a spacious living room, making it very comfortable for a family stay. The location is also great just a short walk from the main area of Oia, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and local shops. The cleaning lady was very kind and courteous, and Manos, the host, was incredibly attentive, staying in touch to ensure that I had everything I needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning.

The property was very comfortable and nice for our family of 4. Shopping and dining options were all nearby and there was lots of shade on the terrace. One thing to mention is that there is lots of people around the property taking pictures so it can get a little congested because of ideal location for pictures. Overall it was very nice and our host was very helpful with booking activities and reservations.

Staying here was an absolutely magical experience! The place is located right next to the blue domes and you have a view of those from the balcony. Having breakfast while watching the blue domes from the balcony is an experience which I will forever cherish. The place is also equipped with 2 jacuzzis and our guest Ned was extremely helpful and responsive, providing us all the necessary information to make us feel like local Santorinians. I really hope I get to visit this place again in my lifetime.

Wonderful place. Beautiful villa with views of the sunsets. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast that was delivered in the morning was excellent. Just be careful when booking. We did not get the villa we thought we booked, so we were very disappointed on my birthday trip there. . The photos on Expedia can be deceiving. I would call and double check when booking.

Property is immaculate- very well kept and clean. Staff (especially Islam), was very helpful from begin to end of our stay. Their (hotel’s) airport taxi service is bit expensive so recommend to take another taxi service - the stand is very close. Breakfast was good but can not be called a hot breakfast. Wasn’t made to order like in some other places around here.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked, the service we received from Mano was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation from the airport to the villa, which was smooth and totally worth it. While Uber prices were about the same, our driver was extremely friendly, and the van was very comfortable.He also assisted with a semi private Catamaran tour, which was totally worth it! The villa itself was perfect for our group. The space was well-maintained, very comfortable and came with daily housekeeping, which was a big plus. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the main walking area of Oia, but tucked away enough to offer peace and privacy. You’re close to everything without the noise and crowds. Several good restaurants within a couple of minutes. One thing to note: the “pool” is quite small by U.S. standards. I’d describe it more as a cold tub or plunge pool, not ideal for swimming, but still a nice spot to cool off and relax. We also appreciated the high-quality toiletries, reliable Wi-Fi, and the incredible sunset views from the deck. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing Stay at Spitia!

Manos and the team were absolutely amazing with their service throughout our 9 nights at Spitia. They had the best recommendations for restaurants and were able to arrange taxis/transfers, massages, and excursions and tailor it to our needs. We felt extra comfortable with our stay because of the kindness and expertise of Spitia’s team. If available, make sure to stay with them! Captain’s House is a perfect stay if you want to be under one roof with two bedrooms and two baths and have a lot of living space, inside and out. Great central location in Oia while having privacy and peace and quiet, just away from the main pedestrian path.
