Amazing location. Quiet enough because of where it is. Away from hustle and bustle of main tourist area. But that main area is only a two minute walk away. Loved staying here - views on the caldera cannot be beat.

Anniversary trip of a lifetime!

Everything about this hotel is incredible! The room is absolutely amazing with an indescribable view! Anna was available for questions ahead of time (via the app messaging) and she helped me coordinate special requests and local experiences before we arrived. She met us as soon as we arrived and made our entire trip easy and worry-free. I cannot say enough great things about the service provided by Anna and her team. The entire staff was fantastic! They made this an unforgettable trip for our 20-year anniversary! You will not be disappointed with this hotel!

The property is amazing. The view is spectacular and the staff are helpful and helped us book all of the activities we wanted to do. The only problem was the villa we stayed in was located on top of a bar that played very loud dance music until around midnight every night. The staff did offer to move us to a different villa but it was already late at night and we had unpacked. Overall great experience but bring noise cancelling headphones if you plan to go to sleep before midnight.

But very nice property but main level was not on the same level as pool which was on separate level of outside dining area. The pool was under a roof and did not receive direct sun. The condition of the living area and bedrooms were immaculate. Just had to climb many stairs to get from one level to another.

While White Pearl was in an excellent location in OIA reaching the room was extrememly difficult due to all the steps and changing levels of the path to our unit. There are no handrails and was very difficult to navigate. I limited climbing to few times a day as the climb was exhausting for me. I suggest that guests be warned of the issue before they book. Also we booked a unit, Blue Moon, that advertised a plunge pool located on our balcony right outside the room but the pool was not located adjacent to our room but rather on another level with more steps to climb to reach it. I was unable to climb those stairs.The descirition for Blue Moon on White Pearls website is not honest and accurate. Booking transport through the hotel was much more expensive than had we secured our own taxi and on our departure to the airport the manager added another couple to the taxi who was going to a location no where near the airport and we almost missed our flight Bed was comfortable but difficult to get in and out of. There is no sunset view from these units. Shower often did not have hot water and the sink overflowed several times. The thing we did like was the view of the ocean from our room. It was beautiful but I would not book this hotel again due to the deceptive advertising on their website.
