The suites were beyond our expectations in terms of the location, the spectacular views from each suite, the fabulous breakfasts, the entire staff, and especially the hotel manager! Catherine responded immediately to my many questions, as well as being a huge help arranging for transportation from the ferry. It was a DREAM vacation staying at You and Me Suites. The room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast every day was wonderful and delivered right to the room. Sofia, the concierge, was amazing at helping get things set up for me (transfers, rental of a quad) and providing itinerary ideas. The staff who deliver breakfast each day were lovely and helpful. I met the owner briefly on my way out, and she also seemed very nice.

Location location. Unbeatable views of the caldera. Walking distance to shopping. Staff were great and very communicative. Had to check out early to catch flight but they were kind enough to send us a boxed breakfast the night before.
