Péssima estadia

O quarto está com marcas de mofo e infiltração nas paredes, exalando cheiro de mofo . Os colchões em péssimo estado . Não valeu pro preço que paguei, uma experiência bem desagradável. Café da manhã com poucas opções .Sempre viajo e nunca tive uma experiência igual a essa. Ficamos no quarto 3, não indico pra ninguém.

Quarto com luminosidade ao dormir

Tinha uma janela no quarto que dava para a luz do corredor. A noite ficava impossível de dormir por conta da luminosidade. Pedimos que arrumassem isso, e não foi feito. Local com pouco conforto. A internet não funcionava, e a recepcionista se quer sabia informar o ramal da recepção.

A recepcionista era um pouco confusa, e só encontrou a reserva que fizemos pelo hotéis.com com a nossa ajuda. Ficamos no térreo e durante a madrugada ouvimos alguém conversando com a recepcionista e também batidas fortes no portão de metal. Pela manhã o barulho foi de conversar das pessoas que preparavam o café da manhã. Seria interessante colocar uma porta com isolamento acústico na entrada para os quartos do térreo. No mais, limpeza e localização ok. Bom custo benefício!

Ambiente agradável, funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. O banheiro eh bom, mas a tabua estava rachada e nao havia prateleira onde colocar shampoo e sabonete, pois a mesma tb estava quebrada. De resto nao ha reclamacoes.
