Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu.
Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel.
J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner.
Le propriétaire affirme qu'il me rembourserait et ensuite il n'y a rien qui se...

Struttura nuova e ben allestita, ma con polvere ovunque.. Quindi consiglierei ai proprietari di migliorare con le pulizie.
NB Sopra l’armadio in camera 1 cm di polvere, che accendendo il condizionatore è andata in giro per tutta la camera."

"Absolutely stunning property in the centre of Parma, right next to the cathedral. So convenient for shops and cafes and only an approx. 20 minute walk from the train station, or 5 minute taxi ride.
Our apartment was clean, quiet, well laid out with two large bedrooms, a small but perfectly arranged kitchen that even had a washing machine.
Shower was really good, bathroom a fair size and the living room had a comfy sofa and flat screen TV. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend
