I loved staying at Augusta Spa Resort. I was a bit confused because I read from reviews that there are two buildings with one better than the other. So I made sure to book Augusta Superior but the confirmation was with the other one. Superior is much more modern and luxurious although I only saw the lobby and the community area (also the swimming pool). With my very poor Spanish, I was not able to ask or speak as much as I would have wanted to do. But the Superior seems more family friendly ( their pool is kids friendly whereas my building's indoor pool was for adults only.) But I could use both location. That said, the building is charming enough with an excellent view overlooking the sea. They have well-maintained and beautiful pools - indoor&outdoor. Every detail was cute and charming. Hammocks were nice too (there is a swing bed in every room too). It seems they grow their own gardens too (which I assume be used in the restaurant). The breakfast was very good. So many fresh options with freshly squeezed juices, fruit, good bread, cheese and hams. All staffs were friendly and helpful. I had some issues with my room. They tried to resolve those fast enough. The room itself is spacious, bright and traditional. Not all modernity is good especially if you are from a big city. I appreciated their property so much. Lodgers can use the property car. You can find street parking nearby. I would definitely return.

We were amazed at the service, the prices were amazing, full service location, with even evokes to rent!! We loved it and we went for 10 days. Very family friendly but not in the way of the adults. 11 out of 10. Stars 😁

Great hotel with lots of facilities across two sites on opposite sides of the street. Building two is better than building one. Family rooms are spacious and with own kitchenette (but it is not that well equipped). Short walk to beach and seafront but didn't think Sanxenxo was much to write home about.

Un gran hotel con vistas a la ría
Ha sido un viaje familiar para pasar las Navidades y no podíamos haber elegido mejor hotel. Es un hotel donde todos los detalles están cuidados en su decoración y en el cuidado del cliente. La decoración e iluminación de Navidad han contribuido a disfrutar estos días del espíritu navideño. Su zona de spa y de tratamientos también llena de detalles, invita al relax .

Es un lugar maravilloso. Las instalaciones preciosas y el spa genial. La pena es que no cuidan detalles como limpiar alrededor de las piscinas del spa, con lo que estaba el suelo lleno de agua. Gente mayor hablando a gritos dentro pero nadie que avise que es un lugar de relax. Lo pero... las tazas de café del desayuno mal lavadas, con restos del café anterior (varias tazas y más de un día). La almohada podría ser más cómoda.

El hotel esta muy bien y el Spa es muy completo, el personal es super Amable y muy eficientes en todo lo que se les solicita, la habitacón que nos toco en el primer piso era muy ruidosa por culpa de un motor que se oia hasta las 10 de la noche y empezaba a las 8 de la mañana.

DECEPCIONANTE NO VALE LO QUE CUESTA SOBREVALORADO
Ruido en la habitación pues se escuche todo lo que ocurre en las otras habitaciones. Música muy alta y estridente durante el desayuno. Huéspedes en albornoz, con chanclas y a gritos desayunando, niños corriendo y gritando. No es lo que se espera de un spa de esta categoría. Si hay dos edificios, por que no uno sólo de adultos. Durante la cena, teníamos frío y había música chrirriante de saxofón y aplausos tras cada canción. Esto es un 4 estrellas superior o una verbena de pueblo. Cuidado con los tratamientos, no son personas expertas y profesionales, pueden hacerte daño. Si hasta hacen lavados anales de café. Totalmente desaconsejados por la medicina. La decoración hortera y sobrecargada. Una DECEPCIÓN. No vale lo que cuesta en absoluto. El ambiente, horroroso.
