The hotel giving a surprise birthday cake to my hubby. Thanks for the good gesture. The Thursday, 12.09.2019 morning on duty swimming pool staff was not very friendly and wonder did he controlled the jacuzzi to stop whenever we wants to use it. The customer service level of this hotel is excellent. During our stay, there is one male staff in particular provided high level of attentiveness, going the extra mile. We are grateful for that. Breakfast was superb with good variety. Overall, the stay was a pleasant one.

The view was great from high floors. Although I didn’t use the gym or pool, it’s a big plus for guests. The front desk staff were very helpful. One of them (sorry I can’t recall her name), even drew the direction to nearby Malls. She also helped to wrap the coconut Shell tortoise we bought from the gift corner. Well done overall.

施設、設備、スタッフの応対等大変快適でした。ただし、通過の両替はホテルでは不可。近くの銀行も不可でタクシーで10分程の中国銀行まで行かなければなりません。百度マップがあれば、バスは大変便利。僅か2元で大体市内どこでも行けます。空港までタクシーを呼んでもらおうとしたら、自分で探してくれと言われたのが残念でした。空港まで、50元ほどで行けます。

價格合理
價格合理，飯店附近雖然沒有什麼，但打的去那兒都很近，大約都10 晚班的同事原本跟我們說無法代叫計程車，但非常謝謝早班的吳珊、胡銀在check out時人很好幫我們叫DD打車，要特別謝謝吳珊從check in到Check out都提供很好、很親切、貼心的服務 可惜游泳池溫度只有22度，有點冷無法游泳

- food was nice - non existent english skills, but helpful personal - balcony only accessible with extra formular and not even useable because of the strong winds (better don‘t book a room with balcony - shower includes floaded bathroom because of a error in condtrucion of the bath tub shield

从车库进房间必须换一次电梯，房间里连睡衣都没有，早餐品种少且不精致不可口。在海南住了六晚，四晚希尔顿，两晚凯悦，凯悦的房间比希尔顿差太多了

全洒店裝修很有時代感，房間有很大的露台，早餐款式一般但很美味，餐廳在23樓，可遠望三亞市，一邊食早餐，一邊欣賞三亞市風景，很怡人。有一缺點是酒店入口很難找。房間包兩大兩小早餐，房間價錢合理
