普通的服务

装修有点老气，服务算不上很好，比较普通，感觉三亚当地都这样，作为服务性行业来说只能算一般吧。亮点是无边泳池，不是每家都有的。

Zimmer wie eine Garage groß und kalt. Wollte eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Habe auch den Preis dafür bezahlt aber nur ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten bekommen welches nur halb soviel kostet. Danke dafür Hotels.com?!?! Frühstück miserable Qualität, obwohl ich eigentlich chinesisches Frühstück mag. Fotos des Hotels im Internet extrem geschönt. Weiterhin Hotels.com nutzen??? Fraglich.

위치 진짜 편하고 좋습니다 싼야 역에서 버스 타고 바로 올 수 있어요 대신 버스 막차가 9시 반 입니다 수영장 좋구요 조식은 중국향나는 음식이 많습니다 침대 깨끗하고 편하고 좋습니다 침구류 정리도 잘 해주구요 아 카트 이용해서 대동해 갈 수 있으나 파도가 높게 쳐서 그런지 대동해는 확실히 그냥 동해 느낌이었습니다 야롱베이 가세요

this is a overall good hotel

I like my stay though it will be better if it is closer to the downtown. We do like the soap inside the room, which is very tropical.

Ok....

I'm sure it would have been much better if we stayed in the VIP building. The pool there was lovely. I stayed in the main building....nothing like what is advertised. The door frames and molding through the room looked like it was rotted and termites have gotten to it. The shower did not have hot water either. When we wanted to go to a park we asked the front desk for a taxi they directed us to the drivers for the hotel. Several drivers said no bc they didn't want to make the 30 minute drive....very frustrating! Even local taxi drivers didn't want to go far out of their way. My suggestion...for excursions go w a tour group.

ホテルについてすぐだまされたと思いました。香港の方のレヴューにもありますが、このホテルは３棟からなっています。サイトを見ただけでは、それが分かりません。サイトにはプールが２つあると書いてありましたので、私はこのホテルを選びました。しかし、私が宿泊した施設にはプールはありませんし、カーテンは敗れていて、シャワーも水だけ、タオルも汚くて使えませんでした。ただ宿泊費はとても安いです。初めからこの施設でこの価格と分かっていれば、とてもリーズナブルで納得のいくものです。その辺りを分かりやすくして欲しいと思います。羊頭狗肉です。

One noisy place with Unfriendly staff

You can get by pretty well if you speak Chinese or Russian. But if not, then prepare yourself for an interesting experience as the staff speaks no english. The hotel has 3 buildings, in which the rooms vary from moldy ones with noise from the extremely busy road the hotel is on, to OK ones. But even with sea view, there are a few construction sites nearby, that work day and night. So if you are looking for a peaceful quiet place, this won't satisfy you. The advertised sauna doesn't exist and the massage place is typically dark and quiet, there is never anyone there to offer a massage. The staff is quite rude. Housekeeping would hang around and make obnoxious noise in the corridors as late as 2am. Yet they knock on doors at 8am even if Do Not Disturb sign is on. It's about 20 minutes from the beach and shops.

Very nice hotel - the pool is great!

Really nice hotel located a little bit away from the beach and shopping areas in Dadonghai. 20 min walk to the beach. The hotel has a really great pool, though! The hotel personnel does not speak English, which they should for the price. They ask for deposit at checkin as all hotels in China. The breakfast is decent.

convenient location. nice swimming pool up on a hill over looking the beach. nice ocean view from the room. older room reasonably clean. the hair dryer hardly worked. good breakfast baffet. overall satisfied.

Sprechen Sie Chinesisch?

Das Royal Garden Resort ist ein schönes Hotel in Hanglage, in 2. Reihe zum Strand der Dadonghai Bucht. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten hangabwärts leicht zu erreichen. Es fährt auch ein Shuttelbus. Das Haus ist in 3 Gebäude aufgeteilt: Ein Haupt- ein Nebenhaus sowie das VIP-Gebäude. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Meerblick im Nebenhaus und es war wirklich toll. Atemberaubender Blick aufs Meer, sehr großes, sehr sauberes Zimmer, TV (nur 2 englische Kanäle ), aber leider kein wirklicher Balkon, nur ein Trittbrett. Man konnte also nicht wirklich draußen sitzen. "Echte Balkone" gibt es wohl nur im VIP Building. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepfegt und sauber. Es gibt 2 Pools. Der Tollste ist der Infinitypool am VIP Gebäude, der aber Allen offen steht. Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen. Es ist sehr chinesich ausgerichtet, aber auch für den westlichen Geschmack ist das ein oder andere dabei. ECHTES MANKO dieses Hauses sind allerdings die Englischkenntnisse der Angestellten: Über 3 Worte kommt hier nicht mal das Management hinaus und es ist wirklich mühsam irgendwelche Informationen zu erhalten. Hilfe bei Reiseplanungen, "wo fährt welcher Bus in die Stadt" etc. kann man hier leider vergessen. Wer also nicht wenigstens etwas Chinesisch spricht oder nicht kreativ darin ist, seine Hände, Füße und Mimik bei der Kommunikation einzusetzen, dem sei von diesem Hotel eher abgeraten. Trotz 4 Sternen ist dieses Haus noch nicht auf Nicht-Russen und Nicht-Chinesen eingerichtet. Schade eigentlich.

Jin jiang sanya hotel : service complet

Cet hotel est proche de la mer ce qui est tres pratique car c'est pour cette raison que l'on va a sanya. De plus, le service est tres complet avec une voiture qui nous emmene gratuitement a la plage en 5 min et jusqu'au batiment annexe. En resume, cet hotel a un tres bon rapport qualite/prix. Le seul probleme que j ai rencontre etait la chasse d'eau qui ne marchait pas tres bien mais l ensemble est tres satisfaisant. A recommande !

we werden s'avonds zoals afgesproken opgehaald door een jongen van het hotel (Jack). hij sprak goed engels en kon ons veel vertellen. bij het inchecken moesten we borg betalen en werden we daarna naar onze kamer gebracht. een complex naast het hotel. Het resort bestaat uit meerdere delen. Op de kamer aangekomen wat er opzich simpel maar netjes uitzag, bleek het bed als beton te zijn. Bij de receptie vroegen wij of er geen zachtere bedden waren, maar er was niemand die engels sprak en moeite ervoor doen ervaarden wij ook niet. Ze lieten ons wel een kamer zien waar we meer, veel meer voor moesten betalen, het zag er in de kamer en lobby ook een stuk luxer uit, maar de hardheid was hetzelfde.Opzich wel redelijk geslapen als je op je rug blijft liggen. Omdat echt bijna niemand engels sprak hebben wij helaas weinig kunnen ondernemen op Sanya en waren we toegewezen aan het zwembad boven bij het hotel. Als je een chinees vertaal boekje hebt kom je er wel een eindje mee.. erg vriendelijke service. Verder is niets echt op loopafstand. Sanya city is wel leuk om s'avonds heen te gaan, veel winkeltjes !! Achteraf alleen bij het zwembad gelegen en naar een bergstam (te commercieel) geweest. wel lekker uitgerust, maar door de verveling een dag eerder onze vlucht naar de volgende bestemming genomen.

Nettes Hotel ziemlich nah am Strand

Das Hotel umfasst mehrere Gebäude auf ein Hanggelände verteilt. Ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Beim obersten Hotelgebäude ist ein voll cooler Pool, gleich am Abhang mit toller Sicht auf Meer. Das Personal war gern behilflich und freundlich.

Das Hotel Royal Garden Resort liegt in Strandnähe, von anderem Gebäudetrakt durch Straße getrennt.

Das Hotel liegt leider nicht direkt am Strand, ist daher ohne eigenen Beachbereich. Zu Fuß ist der öffentliche Strand aber in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, auch verkehrt ein Shuttle-Bus. Der Blick zum Meer ist sehr schön, das Hotel liegt an einer leichten Anhöhe. Der Weg in die Stadt ist nicht nur an einer stark befahrenen Straße entlang möglich, auch über ein ruhigeres Straßenstück oder am Strand entlang. Im November herrschte reges Strandleben, stark geprägt von russischen Touristen. Im Chinese Restaurant war leider nur eine Speisekarte in chinesischer Schrift erhältlich, das Bedienungspersonal nicht mit englischen Sprachkenntnissen belastet. Der Check-Service auch bei sehr später Anreise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, teilweise zuvorkommend bei Sonderwünschen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig.

Struttura ottima, a Luglio clima tropicale

La struttura è molto bella, a patto di risiedere nel vip building. Consigliabile pertanto prendere la camera deluxe con vista mare. Si spende leggermente di più ma ne vale la pena. Alla reception parlano davvero poco inglese, figuratevi nel resto di Sanya. Caldamente consigliato un corso di sopravvivenza di cinese, se avete intenzione di uscire dai circuiti turistici di base. Molto bella la piscina dell'albergo e la hall della reception. La spiaggia non dista molto a piedi, ma c'è un servizio navetta gratuito dell'albergo; unico inconveniente sempre quello di farsi capire. Tutta la struttura è dotata di aria condizionata davvero potente. Tenete conto però che quando siete in giro il clima, d'estate, è davvero tropicale: molto caldo e molto umido. La colazione a buffet è piuttosto completa ed è un mix fra colazione occidentale e cucina cinese.
