Marina Club Suite Hotel

"Amazing hotel and stay! Tried a few different rooms, due to high season and limited availability. First room was the same as last year-absolutely love this hotel and room. Single studio had amazing space and very convenient with a full kitchen and utensils. Impeccably clean! Will always return here when visiting Lagos. Walk to the Marina and train station. Beautiful hotel with 3 elevators. Also a great resort style pool where you can relax without going to the beach. Balconies are great with seats to relax. My favourite hotel experience in Portugal! The staff is amazing and do their best to help and accommodate. Special thanks to Petra and everyone else working at the marina club hotel. All the staff are excellent and very good people!"

"Had a few issues with payment as I paid way more than what I originally booked for. Spoke with Expedia and they said to talk to front desk about the over charged. That took some time however, one gentleman Ricardo finally saw that there was a mistake after days and refunded me the difference, which still didn’t add up but went the loses. Loved the breakfast and the choices, only issues sometimes there was no bake beans so had to wait a long time to get some. Especially having a 10months baby that’s all she eat so the waiting got a bit frustrated at times but overall was good. Beautiful suite and space was sufficient, room and bed was comfy and nice. One side of the Cot was broken as well, a few times it collapse when baby held onto it. But it was very comfortable for baby. However, the floor in the room could be wipe with warm water because when the baby was crawling on it, it was dirty. But you couldn’t tell because it wasn’t seen. But I must say it was beautiful. I paid for the birthday package €28 and was disappointed with the lack of decor/treats for the price. Last thing was hard forgetting my bottle warmer and not having a microwave or something to warm baby milk but apart from that I had no issues and would definitely visit again. The outdoor was very nice and clean."

"We completed the Fisherman’s Trail and wanted to find a nice place to chill and relax for a few days before heading to Germany for a family wedding. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool area was so relaxing with great views. We were able to easily get a boat to the Benigal caves. The beach was close and the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed the shopping, the Black and White party to celebrate the beginning of summer. We will definitely be back and hopefully bring more of our family to join us! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing break! <3 <3 <3"

"It was a great resort, all of the food was incredible and the Ocean restaurant (2 Michelin stars) was incredible. At the time I was pregnant and they were so accommodating on changing items as I needed to. The resort itself was impeccably managed and the staff supremely helpful in getting reservations, spa appointments and general needs. The breakfast was also great as it was included. Booking reservations in advance will save you lots of pain and if you can’t get one there are several restaurants nearby which are also wonderful."
