Poderia ser melhor

O Hotel Serra Alta é muito bom, possui ótima estrutura e atendimento cordial, cafe da manha muito bom e cardápio do restaurante para lanche ou janta bem acessível (preco bom mesmo) alem de boas opções, mas infelizmente tivemos alguns problemas no quarto. Encontramos bastante mofo no box do banheiro, sinais de manutenções não realizadas e outras feitas de forma descuidada. Além disso, não havia controle remoto da TV, e a solução demorou mais do que deveria: primeiro enviaram alguém para procurar no quarto antes de providenciar um novo, o que acabou sendo inconveniente. Apesar desses pontos negativos, o hotel tem potencial e pode oferecer uma estadia excelente se houver mais atenção com os detalhes de manutenção e agilidade na resolução de problemas.

Estacionamento do hotel sem iluminação

O estacionamento do hotel fica na frente do predio do hotel, fica em uma colina portanto não recebe a iluminação pública. E o estacionamento fica totalmente no escuro sem iluminação ao anoitecer. Questionamos e a recepção informou que poderia ser im problema do sensor, o que nao justifica pois nem uma das lâmpadas estava acessa, dificultando nossa saída e manobras com o carro para o encontro com amigos para o jantar!!!!

O hotel é muito aconchegante e limpo. Os atendentes da recepção e limpeza muito educados, cordiais e dispostos. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, a apresentação não estava bonita e o atendimento bem precário, nem bom dia nos deram.

Hotel muito bom!

Hotel aconchegante para ir com família e amigos. Ele é um pouco antigo, porém não é desatualizado. É tão aconchegante, que não da vontade de sair dele. Poderiam melhorar/facilitar algumas questões que passam despercebidas, como por exemplo pais que possuem bebês pequenos, tem que toda hora solicitar ao restaurante para aquecer as mamadeiras ou disponibilizarem água quente, sendo que isso poderia facilmente ser resolvido com um microondas/chaleira elétrica compartilhado (na brinquedoteca, por exemplo).
