"Nice hotel location but with poor service and very poor cleanliness. Mold in the bathroom floor and walls. Dust and last guests “forgotten hair” under the bed. Damaged walls. Old bed linen (from 2015). It seems they just don’t clean it !"

"Check in was a little awkward because the rooms weren’t ready so I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. Staff barely spoke anything other than Portuguese but I managed with my limited knowledge. The room itself was a weird shape, like a small triangle and very small. The AC wasn’t cooling at all but I was only there for one night so I wasn’t going to complain. The redeeming quality was the breakfast which was pretty awesome. "
