O que poderia ser um charme, mas além de antigo o hotel é mal conservado, com limpeza questionável e não oferece conforto. "Easy to dialogue with adm. everybody very gentle and ready to help. Very close to a exhibition center."

"easy parking, good hot water supply for shower. ok wifi. small room, but well appointed. the mini bar priced were reasonable. my only minor complaint would be noise from the corridor and other rooms on occasion, esp in morning. if you are a light sleeper, take this into consideration."

"Stay at tha Alven Hotel was ok in General. Front desk staff did not speak English so I used a translator app. Hotel was divided in two (old vs new) areas.
