I’m talking about the city not the Hotel the Hotel is great. The city of São João de Meriti is not a safe place and don’t have anything to do or see. But the Zona Sul and center of Rio de Janeiro is great .

Great location, good value, substandard experience
The biggest problem with the hotel is there is no maid service. One towel for 6 days, no cleaning. I saw the maids in the hallway with a stack of fresh towels and took one, hysteria ensued. I can’t talk much about it , but I know that the center of Tio is a great Place. Brazil is a wonderful country. I love Brazil Come and visit !
