Nossa estadia foi excelente! O hotel oferece ótimos serviços e muita conveniência para os hóspedes. Fiquei especialmente impressionado com o convênio com uma academia próxima, que permite o uso das instalações sem custo adicional, perfeito para quem gosta de se exercitar enquanto viaja. Tem estacionamento coberto. O café da manhã também é um destaque: com várias opções deliciosas para começar o dia bem. Com certeza, uma ótima experiência.

Excelente localização com bom custo x benefício

Excelente localização, próximo ao Thermas dos Laranjais, restaurantes e lojas na avenida principal da cidade. Atendentes educados(as) e atenciosos(as). Hotel limpo, arejado e com estacionamento coberto gratuitamente. O café da manhã é bom e com opções de frutas, pães e bolos, porém repetitivo (pode enjoar um pouco em estadias mais longas). Os pontos negativos foram a pia do banheiro que estava entupida (até tentaram arrumar, mas não ficou 100%) e o secador de cabelo que desligava sozinho com pouco tempo de uso.

Hotel dentro do esperado. Quarto era um pouco pequeno quando pensava no valor da diária. Um dos quartos tinha uma trilha de formigas e em outro, o ar condicionado não funcionava. Fora isso, o atendimento da equipe foi bem agradável e estava tudo muito arrumado.

Quase totalmente satisfeita

O hotel é nota 10 em organização, limpeza, atendimento, localização, espaço kids e café da manhã. O que deixou a desejar foi que durante nossa estadia o ofurô estava em manutenção e não fomos avisados previamente. Já uma coisa que damos nota 0 foi o colchão. Duro demais, parecia tábua de passar roupa. Acordávamos durante a noite com o corpo dolorido e passamos os dias com essas dores. Ficamos por 3 noites. Mais do que isso seria impossível ficar.
