Amazing location! Practically inside the Shopping Iguatemi.The breakfast is absolutely AMAZING! Rooms and amenities are spotless and very well taken care of. O hotel continua excelente. Limpo, silencioso e organizado. Quarto amplo, com chaleira elétrica, tábua para passsr roupas e outras gentilezas. Restaurante bom e destaco a gentileza e atenção do Sr. Luis, que nos atendeu no período da noite. Já estava quase encerrando (fecha às 21:30), mas nos atendeu com extrema educação e presteza. O café da manhã é farto, contudo há uma certa demora na reposição de algumas coisas.

Cuidado com o andar reservado a clientes com pets.

O hotel é excelente em todos os aspectos, porém fomos hospedados no andar reservado para hóspedes com cães. No quarto ao lado, um cachorro latiu até tarde e depois novamente às 5:30 da manhã, atrapalhando nosso descanso. A gerência deveria orientar os funcionários a acomodarem hóspedes sem pets em outros andares. De resto, o hotel continua sendo uma ótima opção em SJRP.

Maravilhoso Hotel

Hotel sempre perfeito em ordem quartos limpos, cama macia cheirosa, travesseiros sobressalentes. Shampoos e sabonetes com cheiro incrível. Iluminação adequada, o blackout da janela poderia ser melhor, ainda fica bem claro. O horario do café da manha aos fds poderia ser estendido ate as 11:00 ja que hospedes do fds vão geralmente a passeio e voltam mais tarde. O café da manha tbm é o melhor de todos os hoteis que ja estive. Amo esse lugar, fico la mtas vezes durante o ano.
