Amazing location! Practically inside the Shopping Iguatemi.The breakfast is absolutely AMAZING! Rooms and amenities are spotless and very well taken care of. Hotel dentro do shopping iguatemi, quarto espaçoso, limpo,.cafe da manhã bom, funcionários atenciosos. Um unico problema foi q recebi um email informando q o quarto estava disponível e quando fui fazer o check-in disseram q não estava.

Os colchões precisam ser trocados urgente, eles afundam e olha que nem estou acima do peso, ai vc acorda no outro dia travado cheio de dor na coluna, já disse isso na outra vez que fiquei no hotel. Colchão de péssima qualidade, do resto é tudo muito bom.
