What truly stands out, however, is the level of service, particularly from Raquel at reception. She operates at an exceptionally high customer service standard. From the first interaction, she was calm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her communication is clear and reassuring, and she has a natural ability to make guests feel comfortable and valued. It is evident that Raquel knows her role inside out.
