Only negative of Hotel Central Parque was the fact that they didn’t honor my ONE KEY CASH amount, alleging that even if hotels.com offers it • doesn’t mean that they have to accept. You should advice this, but you didn’t when I booked the reservation.

Ótima localização! Gostei bastante do atendimento de todo o staff, em especial do bell boy Alexandre. Banheiro amplo, com ventilação natural, barras de apoio e prateleira para os produtos de banho. TV grande, com vários canais a cabo. Camas confortáveis. Café da manhã excelente, em ambiente espaçoso e agradável. O estacionamento tem boas vagas, mas em alta temporada pode ser insuficiente para toda a demanda. Inclusive essa garagem é usufruída também pelo outro hotel, o Beira Parque. O ar condicionado, apesar de antigo, não era ruidoso. Porém, o único controle à distância era liga/desliga. Achei as amenidades do banheiro muito simples para a categoria do hotel. Pouquíssimas opções de jantar, tanto que nem cardápio tem (informam de boca uns 4 pratos). Não cheguei a experimentar, pois há muitos restaurantes por perto. Teve um momento em que o elevador panorâmico estava em manutenção, sem aviso, nem interdição, o que me causou transtorno. Entrei, as portas fecharam, a luz apagou, a botoneira não funcionava nem para acionar o socorro; sorte que o elevador não se mexeu e eu consegui abrir manualmente.

Gosto do hotel. Boa localização, funcionários educados. Há anos me hospedo lá. Único senão: a ducha higiênica, que não tem gatilho: abriu o registro, sai água. Isso torna necessário um certo malabarismo para usar o equipamento. Uma pessoa deficiente, que só possa usar um braço, certamente ficará impossibilitada de usar a ducha.
