The hotel has good bones, but needs a renovation. Staff is great, service is really wonderful! The room is really large and has good accommodation, but is in much need of a paint job and change in tiles. Everything worked. Has 110V

Don’t do it. Sink in room doesn’t work, Elevator doesn’t work, and not a soul at the facility cares. People stand at the swim up bar all afternoon and night and never see them get out to use the Lou. The bartender will never even glance back to see if anyone on the other side wants a beverage. The place is straight up filthy. IF you go to the beach club which they seem to be proud of in their advertisement keep in mind they have their repeat customers so you will be ignored and then once you are finally served, it’s all subpar, get ready to hunt down someone who will help you pay your bill so you can leave. The following morning it was no small feat to get a simple warm cup of coffee. With my last 806 characters, I’ll add in, they made darn sure to come by and check the minibar at 9 AM while we were trying to get dressed to go to the airport. Cheers!

FUJAM: hotel obsoleto e sujo. QUARTOS: muito sujos, principalmente no banheiro. Tive que solicitar, insistentemente, uma nova faxina. Quando cheguei tinha cabelos e tarraxas de brinco de outras pessoas no box. Usei chinelos no banho. Chuveiro pedi para limparem, era tanto limo que mal saia água. CHUVEIRO É ELÉTRICO, e mal sai água, demorei meia hora pra lavar o cabelo. TV: obsoleta, mal pega uns seis canais a cabo daqueles bem ruins (Globo, Senado, Cultura) e, mesmo assim, tive que chamar o técnico duas vezes. Mesmo "consertaa", o volume sumia, o canal desaparecia, um verdadeiro pesadelo para quem queria ver um jogo da Copa do Mundo enquanto trabalhava; ROUPARIA: toalhas e lençóis velhos. Solicitei um edredom e não tinha, arrumaram algo quando eu surtei; TEL: não funcionava, tive que usar meu cel para falar com a recepção, mesmo tendo feito um chamado para conserto, mas o sr. não conseguiu arrumar. SECADOR DE CABELO: os quartos não tem. Solicitei um na recepção. Na minha primeira estadia (19 a 20/6 estava esgotado), consegui um dos dias 22 a 25/6. Para quem vai para Congresso é algo muito importante, jamais imaginei que não teria, pois é um "Resort"; SACADA: inútil, não tem um varalzinho discreto, ou uma cadeira para sentar, custo desnecessário; RESTAURANTE: ruim e com toalhas e sousplats sujos. Sorte ter um (excelente) na academia ao lado. NOTA FISCAL: 22 a 25/6 estão se negando a emitir, falando que o Hoteis.com que tem obrigação. O app explica o contrário. Absurdo.

Essa instalação deveria ser removida das plataformas de hotéis, visto que é um hotel precário e sem condições de receber as pessoas. Tudo é SUJO, VELHO ne sem nenhum CUIDADO. Paredes, roupa de cama, roupa de banho velhas e encardidas. Quase nao tem funcionários. Piscina abandonada, paredes e elevadores sujos. Faltam funcionários. Nao tem segurança. No final de pessoa qq pessoa entra no hotel e usa as instalações. No sábado teve um evento no mezanino e pessoas estranhas entravam e saíam sem qq controle. Os quartos parece que nao sao cuidados desde os anos 90. Televisões velhas, tomadas amarelas, colchões duros e velhos. Frigobar VAZIO. Voce precisa desde na recepção para comprar agua e esta sempre lotada com apenas UMA pessoa atendendo a todos. Um caos. Os funcionarios tentam ajudar mas sao muito poucos e nitidamente mal treinados. As camareiras fazem barulho as 7h da manhã arrumando as camas. Tudo nesse hotel é velho, sujo e mal cuidado. Parece que teve seu Aude nos anos 90 e depois abandonaram. A piscina tem um bar sujo e velho com apenas UM funcionário para atender a todos. Por favor retirem esse hotel da plataforma. O café da manhã é bom mas o restaurante para almoço é pior do que um bandeio universitário.

I must start saying that the entire staff was nice and pleasant, the gym was nice, and the location was good. But the first disappointment was with the beds; I had a reservation for 1 king and a twin bed but we got three twins and I couldn't sleep with my husband during our entire stay (Wednesday - Monday). Then we walked into the dirtier room I have ever been. I couldn't believe I was paying over $100 dollars/day for that room. The floor was extremely dirty, the sink would accumulate water, there was brown "stuff"on the wall above the toilet, the tub was licking water, and the towels were very warned. But the absolutely worst was the toilet that would not work, so we could not have a bowel movement in the room. My son had diarrhea from eating seafood and had to go to the lobby to use the toilet. We talked at the front office every day about all of our issues, including with the manager who was very polite. They cleaned the bathroom a little bit but the toilet was not fixed. But the cherry on top was the fact that we were without electricity for four times during two days. One night we were late for our dinner reservation since we couldn't take a shower or get ready. I read the breakfast was good but was only ok, nothing very good. The best thing was the cappuccino I had on the first day. However, the machine was broken the remaining days.

Sim, o quarto limpo. única ressalva, o banheiro era com banheira e sem barra de segurança. Hotel antigo.... falta reformar as unidades com banheira. Que além de dificil uso (tenho 71 anos) a vazão da água era pouca...então a agua ja ensaboada piorou a segurança....... Peçam sem banheira! boa localização. Mas saibam a praia é impropria para banho.
