A clean modern apartment. Bed was comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. Kitchen had basic cooking utensils but unfortunately not have basic items for cooking like salt, pepper, sugar, oil. Nice welcome basket of goodies was much appreciated.

Good location, easy to find, efficient communication with the property, clean and well equipped bedroom, very well equipped kitchen with a large dining table. 10 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes from the ferry. Warmly recommended.

Wonderful spot overlooking the ocean in the peaceful little town of Prainha. Very clean, great deck off the master bedroom with views of the ocean and bbq area in the back. Helpful staff even left a welcome gift. Only improvement could have been a little better equipped kitchen.

This unit is not in Sao Roque. It is 20 minutes away. It was very difficult to find the unit. It is a nice house in a beautiful little remote village. Has an amazing view and is very close to the local natural pool. The restaurant served great food but does close early.

Grundsätzlich hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Wir haben die Waschmaschine benutzt, welche etwas kompliziert zu bedienen war → Eventuell hinterlegt man dort mal eine Anleitung. Ausserdem konnte man den Duschkopf nicht richtig befestigen.

Bon séjour, pico est une île magnifique, beaucoup de choses à faire et en priorité monter le mont pico, le bémol de cette île c’est que les commerçants ne sont majoritairement pas agréable ! Concernant le logement, c’est une maison séparée en 2 appartements, le ménage n’a pas très bien été effectué au départ, il y a des traces de moisissures à cause de l’humidité environnante... gros point négatif pour la douche eau alternant très froid ou très chaud...gros point positif la chambre du haut avec le balcon et la vue sur la mer, très bien positionnée sur l’île.

Très belle maison parfaitement fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, vue mer, au calme absolu. Belles terrasses, très grand barbecue, salle de bain fonctionnelle, moderne, avec eau chaude stable (ballon). Cuisine parfaitement équipée et adaptée, vaisselle moderne, très grande chambre avec un très grand lit double confortable. Wifi. Très proche de la mer et d'une piscine naturelle accessible en 1 minute à pieds. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous recommandons ce logement à tous points de vue sans réserve
