Tem tudo o que se espera de uma Pousada confortável (piscina, frigobar, cozinha privativa, Netflix, box de vidro, ar condicionado e um bom colchao. "“A pousada tem um bom atendimento e um café da manhã muito gostoso. Entretanto, senti falta de um pouco mais de empatia por parte da gestão. Estive em Ilhabela para participar de uma competição de natação em águas abertas e, como a minha prova era no fim da manhã, precisei de um tempo extra após o horário padrão de checkout (meio-dia) apenas para tomar banho e me arrumar. Apesar do fato de ser um domingo e não haver outros hóspedes, só me foi permitido permanecer mediante o pagamento de uma taxa...

"The hotel and staff is really great. Amenities are also spot on. I like the breakfast and the food at the hotel. The staff did accommodated exceptions when I needed due dietary restrictions. The staff overall went above and beyond to ensure that we are well attended. I definitely recommend them."

"What a relaxing stay! I enjoyed the fresh fruit and juices each morning for breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Special shout out to Joel who speaks English and helped me a lot! The room was very clean, and I especially enjoyed the well functioning air conditioner and ceiling fan. Nothing beats sitting by the pool or in their comfortable sitting area at the end of the day with a nice, crisp glass of white wine. Also loved that I simply had to tell the staff at the beach what Pousada I was staying in and they provided a chair, umbrella, and table for me for the day, included with my stay. Would definitely stay here again! "

"I HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES AS WALKING DISTANCE TO BALSA FOR THE FREE FERRY TO ILHABELA IF YOU ARE A FOOT PASSENGER & I DON "T MIND THE EXERCISE TO BURN OFF SOMR CALORIES!HUGE BREAKFAST CHOICE & ENJOYED TRYING GROUND COFFEES FROM THE INSTALLED MACHINE BUT YOU CAN STILL HAVE NORMAL COFFEE AS WELL SO EVEN MORE CHOICE!ALTHOUGH FORECAST HAD NOT BEEN GREATG I HAD A CHANCE TO DO SOME LENGTHS IN THE SPLENDID POOL.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."
