The staff here make this property stand out. They were very friendly and honest. The hotel itself is old. Doors and window sliders have large openings around and under them. The comforter had holes in the cover. The bed was hard but I like it firm. AC worked well. Has blackout curtains. Parking was easy right out front. Bathroom towels were newer and clean. The room itself was okay for a short stay. But the other guests staying here were terrible!. So noisy- yelling late at night. Crying children at 11:20 pm! Dogs yapping all day and night. Very inconsiderate to anyone else staying there!!

O hotel é agradável, o Wi-Fi não funciona, mas tem estacionamento no local, o café da manhã é ok, o atendimento é bom. Só precisa melhorar o Wi-Fi e fiscalizar o uso da piscina, tinha um pessoal fazendo bagunça, derramando cerveja na piscina, bem desagradável, de resto foi tudo ok.

Hotel com preço acima do que oferece.

Hotel com instalações antigas mais conservado e simples, cama grande,o quarto também é espaçoso. Realizam a limpeza todos os dias ,tolhas disponíveis para praia e piscina, café da manhã simples nada de especial,o hotel é limpo, piscina limpa. Em geral bom e simples,o preço um pouco alto pelo que o hotel oferece, funcionários educados porém sem muita conversa.

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, o pessoal do hotel está tendo comprometimento com a Pandemia, na hora do café da manhã todos os hóspedes são obrigados a usar luvas descartáveis para se servir, o que eu achei muito bacana. As áreas de lazer do hotel também são magníficas a piscina limpíssima e o salão de jogos muito bom. Só tenho um ponto a colocar referente as tomadas, o hotel não possui nenhuma tomada 110 volts, todas são 220, o que dificultou pois meu secador e escova eram 110, pra quem for se hospedar e necessitar usar secador e afins leve bivolt. O hotel dispõe de secador no quarto, mais é aquele de parede que não adianta muita coisa. Mas tirando isso, é tudo maravilhoso e com certeza eu voltarei a me hospedar nas próximas vezes.

Caro para o que oferece

O atendimento foi muito bom e o local também muito limpo, mas em relação ao conforto, deixou um pouco a desejar.... os quartos possuem paredes muito finas, durante a noite conseguimos ouvir o casal do quarto do lado roncando, fora a gritaria das crianças durante o dia todo. Tivemos também problema com o chuveiro, por ser elétrico e os dias estarem mais frios, mal conseguimos tomar banho quente... para deixar a água o mais quente possível (o que não era muito) tínhamos que quase fechar a torneira...

Hotel simples e bem localizado

Boa localização, o hotel fica a cerca de 30 metros da praia do Arrastão. A estrutura do hotel é boa e simples, poderiam investir em serviços de restaurante e serviço de bar, que não tem. Se você quiser almoçar ou jantar precisa ir até o centro de São Sebastião, que fica cerca de 5km do hotel. O shoppingzinho que tinha ao lado está desativado e na praia existem apenas dois quiosques pequenos. A praia é boa e tranquila, ideal para crianças.

No geral o hotel é muito bom!! O custo-benefício é ótimo, mas tenho apenas uma sugestão: trocarem as camas, que são de madeira e faz um pouco de barulho.
