I didn't get the room I paid for because the air con was broken. Although they fixed it the next day it was a major hastle to move. I think I should really be reimbursed for the difference. The pool area needs alot more shade and the pool has the wrong tiles. They are slippy and dangerous. I didn't eat in the restaurant but my friends said it was very goid. Outside ares need to be painted. So overall I have a mixed review. This hotel could easily be very good. The staff need to make a small extra effort to look after customers and smile. That would help alot.

Great stay at Mansa Marina

A fantastic stay in a very central part of Mindelo, with great views over the harbour and with a brillant swimming pool. Great restaurant, with one of the best evening views in the town, and good service. Check in was efficient and quick, and breakfast was great, with view of jumping fish in the harbour next to the breakfast terrace... we booked the superiour room with own separate terrace, which was great for secluded evening drinks and relaxation. Highly recommanded

Vue la situation que l’île vivait ( catastrophe naturelle) l’hôtel travaille avec beaucoup de professionnel sachant que les difficultés étaient extrêmement nombreuses.

Lovely looking hotel right in the centre of the city however the hotel is not fully ready ie there were no cushions for the sun loungers to use by the pool, some areas still under construction and breakfast is not the best. For the high price paid, it is not worth it at this point in time. It will be once everything is set up.

Sejour agreable au Mansa Marina

Jai passe un agréable séjour dans 1 cadre idyllique. Les équipes ont ete formidables en passant par le petit déjeuner avec Paola tres serviable, souriante et les equipes du restaurant ainsi que la réception. Félicitations au Chef pour sa cuisine excellente et a ses equipes, tout le monde est souriant et disponible. Merci à Alice, Sousou, Eden toute lequipe à notre ecoute, souriant et pleins de bon conseil. Le seul bemol est la piscine pas nettoyee les sieges et matelas de la piscine inutilisables car pas propres vers la fin du sejour ils les ont nettoyé, il faudrait les changer. Le 2eme bemol sont les chambres qui sont spacieuses agréables avec une bonne literie mais les douches ont besoin de renovation au sol. Il faudrait également disposer 1 poubelle du cote Plage pecheur ou delimiter la zone car les dechets s entassaient devant notre fenêtre. Les équipes de menage, notamment Gisèle ont rendu le sejour agréable en veillant a bien nettoyer les chambres. Personnellement j'avais une autre personne qui s'occupait de ma chambre à qui il faut rappeler que losqu on est 2, il faut tout mettre en double papier serviette Toutefois je reviendrai avec ma famille j'espère que les rénovations seront faites car lhotel est très bien situé.

Sejour Mansa Marina

Laccueil et la restauration sont parfaits. Le seul bémol est la propreté à la piscine, les matelas sont inutilisables , les sols de la salle de bain sont a refaire sinon.les equipes sont accueillantes, le restaurant c est le top ainsi que l'emplacement ideale car au centre de tout. Les lits dans la chambre sont tres confortables

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Service ist sehr gut, aber die Ausstattung versucht hochwertig zu sein, ist es aber nicht mehr. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind sensationel.

Bel hôtel, on ne peut plus central dans Mindelo, constitué de bungalows adossés les uns aux autres dans un bel environnement. Certains ont leur terrasse arborée indépendante. Vue sur la marina et les montagnes de Sao Antao. Grand piscine (mais eau fraîche en cette saison) Excellent restaurant, aux plats locaux revisités, à des prix corrects au bord de celle ci. Personnel d’accueil affable et efficace. Cet hôtel-restaurant mérite une belle note.

Melhor impossível Os quartos são luminosos, a casa de banho é grande, tudo impecável com bom gosto e limpeza irrepreensível. A localização é a melhor, com uma vista soberba sobre a Marina. O serviço é 5 estrelas! Todos muitíssimo atenciosos. Só posso recomendar

Un cadre exceptionnel

La suite junior vue sur mer est juste extraordinaire avec son balcon comme posé sur l'eau donnant sur la magnifique Marina. Nous avons de surcroît eu le chance que les chambres mitoyennes ne soient pas occupées ce qui nous a garanti un calme et une intimité parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le cadre est là aussi fantastique notamment si on le prend en terrasse. Seul bémol, bien qu'officiellement ouvert à 7h00, il nous a fallu en réalité attendre 7h30-45 pour que les présentoirs soient garnis. Le restaurant est vraiment excellent et bénéficie encore d'une situation inégalable. Le rapport qualité prix est incroyable. Un conseil cependant : arriver tôt car l'attente peut s'avérer extrêmement longue lorsque les tables se remplissent. La piscine (non chauffée) est très agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique et plein de bonne volonté même s'il peut sembler par moment assez inexpérimenté. Bref, on ne peut pas parler de perfection mais nous avons choisi d'y retourner lors de notre second passage à Sao Vicente tellement nous avons été conquis par le site. PS Libérez les pauvres perruches en cage qui ne servent à rien derrière la réception !
