I didn’t like the small unlit sign at the road, the dirty driveway is in poor conditions, no visibility on top of the hill plus big potholes, the property sits at a steep angle to the ocean requiring big steps stairs to access the room or the pool. "Beautiful pousada at the top of the village. Tucked away from the busy main road, you can reach it through a very steep path, 10 minutes walk from the pier. The strenuous walk is worth your sweat. A beautiful tropical garden welcomes you to the restaurant and reception area. Very nice breakfast prepared every morning by the amazing staff. The view from the rooms at the top floor is nice, and each balcony has its own hammock where we spent our evening relaxing. Three beautiful cats live at the pousada and we made sure to pet them every day. The staff at the reception has been also very attentive and nice to chat with. We would definitely come back."
