"The desk attendant was very helpful when we needed a room change due to a toilet that was not working. She even provided us a room upgrade! Another employee let us know that we could watch the football game that was on Prime on the lounge TV on a channel in our room. We are grateful for that. Meals and drinks are very nice."

"We were on the way to Kentucky and needed a place to stay. We picked Country Inn & Suites by Radisson for its 9.0 rating and reasonable rate. Our expectations were exceeded with a very clean hotel, very pleasant staff, great room with a clean and spacious bathroom with great lighting, a great shower, quiet HVAC, great sound isolation, great light exclusion to extend and improve sleep, and a good breakfast. The only things that could have made it ideal would have been bananas at breakfast and keycards that would work the entire stay. Honestly, if we need a place to stay in Columbia, MO, this is likely our choice on future trips. Thanks!"
