"Great hotel lobby, an excellent breakfast selection and service, the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Some of the surrounding area is still under construction and could do with better signposting in the underground car park. "

The hotel is on a main road. Good luck trying to sleep with all the vehicles engines noises and cars honking.
Electricity stopped at 7 am in our and four other rooms. Until 11 am they didn't even have the courtesy to offer us a replacement room. I had to check out early because I couldn't handle it anymore.
Sleeping in my car would've been a more pleasant experience than this. Would NEVER EVER go back there and definitely not recommend it to anyone."
