Then I was downgraded to a smaller room that was clean and available ( yet smaller and cheaper than I paid for). And on top of all, someone before me smoked in a room ( I don’t smoke). Good thing about the place - it’s in safe neighborhood as accommodation I stayed on Friday downtown Skopje, my car was broken into and my very expensive shoes and sample case got stolen. From the moment I arrived until my departure, I was consistently impressed by the hotel's commitment to excellence, hospitality, and guest satisfaction. What distinguishes this hotel is its remarkable staff. From the front desk associates to the bellboys and every team member I encountered, everyone demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and genuine warmth. Their welcoming smiles, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at all times made me feel less like a guest and more like a member of their own family. The atmosphere was so inviting and comfortable that it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Another highlight of my stay was the magnificent breakfast buffet.
