It's definitely worth it, if you don't mind being a bit further from the center of the city and attractions. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was included. The staff are friendly and polite. Depending on the time of year parking can be a hassle. The location is a bit tricky to navigate by car or on foot.

Lovely staff. Rooms are super cool, and the hotel has a vibe unlike any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Restaurant food was good and was also a really good value. Parking options are good too.

Easy and close to airport. The problem was the smell of cigarette smoke in my room and while sleeping. The smell was very strong for a non smoking room.

Overall, the hotel and its staff were great. Customer service was on point. My one complaint was that when I called to confirm the booking, I asked to make sure there was a shuttle to the airport provided by the hotel. The lady on the phone assured me there was one 24/7. We had to leave for the airport at 4am. When we arrived at the hotel, the clerk said the shuttle only ran from 8am to 8pm. He called me a taxi but that was then an extra unexpected expense costing us another 25km with all our luggage.

The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke. This is not unusual in the Balkans, and you end up getting used to it, but it was not pleasant. Other than that, the rooms are clean and quiet. Bathroom amenities were also fine. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport but is not close to the city center; you have to take a cab. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice. Bear in mind for the airport shuttle that what the hotel does is hire a taxi, which is fine, but you have to pay for your bags. Overall, a good hotel but the cigarette smell was very unpleasant.

The property is undergoing renovation, which should not cause them to not pay attention to rooms not yet renovated, however this is their explanation for all our remarks. There is a vent in the room which leaks sound and smell (I was on 3rd floor and I woke up 6 in the morning to the smell from the kitchen I.e. fried eggs) same vent will leak sound from other rooms. Bathroom had no towel hanger? (Had to hang my towel on the hairdryer cord) Carpet is not hotel quality and has no cushion underneath.

Staff was friendly, was offered in door garage parking without any extra cost. Check in and check out was fast. Room was quite small and didn't match the pictures provided for the booking. The shower had no curtain or door, thus getting the whole washroom wet during shower. Drain was a bit clogged so had to shower with breaks. Sound isolation is not the best and at times could hear the staff talking outside. No black out curtains. The price of the booking was not high so you can expect things not to be perfect. However, I definitely enjoyed my stay, the bed is really comfortable.

Wonderful and very helpful staff ! This is definitely go to hotel!! Next time I visit , I will be staying here. The food was great , this place has the best pizza ever , with extra mozzarella. The sesame chicken was great as well. Our waiter spoke great English and was able to help us out with the menu. Our room was clean and everything works, yay for A/c working, because it was definitely hot outside.

For a long time, I did not feel comfortable in any hotel like in the Koncept Residence. Everyone is very kind, the receptionists, the people in the restaurant, the women who clean. Breakfast is great, really perfect service.

not so good as the customer service needs way more improvment starting from the receptionist until the cleaners. room service closes at 6pm. cleaners didnt clean the toiket the ehole 3 days stay just changed towels

Özellikle otel çalışanları çok cana yakın ve ilgililer. Eşimin doğum günü olduğunu bildirmiştim; bunu dikkate alıp bize küçük sürprizler yaptılar bu bile bizi çok mutlu etti. Genel olarak otelde keyifli zaman geçirdik. İyileştirme tavsiyelerim; kahvaltıda mutlaka tost yapılabilecek bir makine, TV kanallarında daha fazla seçenek, banyoda daha fazla yardımcı malzeme bulundurmaları olacaktır.
